Because Precision had such excellent Advertising, as soon as we returned home last night and closed our Garage Door, we heard a loud popping sound and the door would not open, and one of our Vehicles was still in the Garage. But I had no trouble remembering Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called that night, someone answered and even though the next day was Christmas Eve, we were given a morning time for someone to come and fix. His name was John and he was excellent! He told us right away what the problem was and he was right - He fixed it and it works like a New Door! Better than it was before it broke! We thanked him for his Service and for his company's advertising. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the company to call. I've never written a Review on a Company before, but having just seen the Ad and then have to call someone - timing was perfect and their Service was awesome.

I recently had Precision replace the bottom seal on my garage door. I called and they gave me an appointment for the following day. The technician (David) called to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival he was very upfront with my options and what the cost would be. He also gave me a complete review of the condition of my door, opener, springs, rollers etc. I was very satisfied with his work and intend to use Precision when the need arises.

I called a company that had serviced my garage door before but they couldn’t come out until Wednesday of the next week. I saw Precision’s ad that said same day service in some circumstances and weekend service at no extra charge. This was on a Friday. I scheduled a service appointment for Saturday morning. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a choice between a repair and a new opener with prices. There was no pressure. I selected the repair at this time.
