I called this morning as someone tried to break into my house last night and jacked up one corner of my garage door. Technician (Dakota) was at my house by 9:15. Assessed the damage immediately, gave me a quote on the repairs, and had it fixed by 9:45. Very nice young man. Quick and efficient. The cost was a lot less than I expected. I would recommend Precision to anyone and will call them again if I ever need this type of service again.

Precision door had their technician Dakota install a garage door opener and new remotes last summer. I had some difficulty with the keypad in December, which Dakota addressed, remedy the situation and all was well. The keypad stopped working again, and Dakota returned and installed a new keypad again solving the problem. Dakota is a very professional, friendly and helpful young man and your service has been A-1.

When we purchased our home and had the garage added on, we chose Precision Door. The door was beautiful, but some time later we had the "windows" changed and made it even more beautiful. We have owned our home for 24 years and have had the same door for as many years. The young man who came to exchange two of our garage door openers inspected the door and motor first and informed us that: (1) the motor had lasted a lot longer than most motors and (2) would need to be replaced with the next 2 years. So we not only had a new motor installed but he also programed our 2 new garage door openers and the automatic opener in one of our cars. He was an excellent technician and really did us a favor by letting us know that the motor was really old and needed to be replaced.

I called about my door not working about 10 a.m. and a service tech was promised between 2 and 6. Dakota called first and then arrived a little before 2. He fixed the problem quickly and was very pleasant. Thanks!

I needed a small repair done to my garage door. None of the panels were dented or broken. Your repairman worked less than 20 minutes and I was charged $524.00 RIDICULOUS!!!! I will never use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Service was quick and professional however 500.00 dollars for two springs that should have been maybe 200.00 for both is more than just a bit high. Tack on the 65.00 charge for fuel,shop parts, and disposal on top of the 125.00 safety inspection. I don’t know, a 1000.00 dollar torsion spring replacement just seems to me to be quite high. Before any comments about choice, yes it was my decision to have it done, however although I have used Precision in the past I will not use them in the future. Also, if you can show me an invoice that shows you pay 195.00 per spring which allows the typical 30% markup to 250.00 I will apologize and remove this post.

I have an old garage door on my garage and have had Precision door technicians come out to my house, three times. When they came out today it was because of a warranty issue, but Dakota was very professional and took care of the problem very quickly. Was shocked at the cost of door springs to replace my broken one. They were cheaper back in 2015 Dakota did a great job in replacing the springs along with end caps in a very timely manner. Also adjusted door speed which I think will help.

I had Precision replace the garage door about 4 years ago. The motor was not replaced at that time. Dakota came out, trouble shooting the motor and determined it had to be replaced. He replaced it, sold me additional remotes and even programmed my car. Dakota was 1 safety minded, 2 professional, 3 personable and 4 knowledgeable. I would use Precision again and absolutely would appreciate Dakota receiving the run to my home.

We've been a Precision Door customer since 2010. In both homes, we had the old Lanier-style openers, and Precision was always on time, professional, and fairly priced for these openers (which seemed to need care every 6-10 months. Well. Finally, our most recent opener (17 years old) was becoming useless and we replaced it with a new belt driven Genie. Dakota took less time than I would have expected to complete the swap. He even broke down the box of parts and programmed the Home Guard buttons for both of our cars. The bill was much less than I would have expected. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Way too expensive for the job. But did not want to pay 115 dollars just for him to tell me i had a broken spring that I already knew. I will not get trapped the next time. And it won't be with Precision. Technician was fine.

He tried to fix things, but I had to have a new garage door opener. He also replaced the rollers, greased the chain. He programmed my car to the opener, and we had him add an outdoor keypad. Nice. We shouldn’t have to worry about the door for years.

Tech was ok…pricing is out of site…tech tried to convince us that everyone is about the same.. but as he was completing the work, we found out the job was over $200 overpriced… thank you very much for the adj… not sure we can ever trust your pricing again.
