Tech was ok…pricing is out of site…tech tried to convince us that everyone is about the same.. but as he was completing the work, we found out the job was over $200 overpriced… thank you very much for the adj… not sure we can ever trust your pricing again.

I’ve used Precision Door in the past for a repair. The service tech did a great job and left their company sticker. When I recently bought a new vehicle, I scheduled an appointment to have the door opener synced to my SUV. The service tech was very courteous and professional. He looked at my SUV and the door opener, and wasn’t sure they would sync because of the age of the opener. He kept trying and got them to sync. I greatly appreciate his effort! I’m looking into getting a new opener and will definitely use Precision Door. Wonderful company with great service techs! I highly recommend!

We called late Precision and they gave us a window of time for a technician to come out the next morning. Dakota did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He called ahead of time to let us know when he was 15 minutes out. He assessed the problem and gave a thorough explanation and a quote. He was prompt and professional. Great service!

Dakota showed up right on time to repair our garage door opener. He was professional and took the time to answer our questions. We were sorry we needed a repair on Labor Day, but got right through on the phone to a real person, got the appointment scheduled right away and everything was very satisfactory. Just as we hoped!

I’ve used you all twice for repairs on my garage door;; but this time, the technician told me the motor on the door needed to be replaced! He was honest and I appreciate that! He told me that it would cost 700 + dollars to replace said motor for garage opener!

Precision installed the original garage door opener and I remember everyone as having been so very nice, so when it needed service, it was logical to call them. Once again, everyone was courteous and efficient. The problem was solved quickly. All is well again and I'll definitely call Precision if there is ever another problem.

I called Precision and spoke to a very courteous lady. I told her my problem with my garage door and she made an appointment for the next day. The next day I received a call from the technician telling me he was on his way. He arrived promptly and in a matter of minutes he figured out the problem and fixed my door. He was able to fix the garage door at half the price that was quoted over the phone. I was very impressed with the young man and will definitely call Precision again. I called about an issue with my door not being able to raise up with the emergency pool. It would not lock in place with the pool cord being polled. I had the technician come out and it was simply just an issue with a full cord not being in the right position. It took him five seconds to show me this issue and said that it was on the setting used mainly for service calls.. I had the door installed two years ago and the installer showed me how to pull the emergency pole but never showed me that it could lock into two different positions. I’m very frustrated that it took $75 for this issue to be resolved in five seconds. I explain my situation to the rep on the phone. I feel like this could be something easily resolved with a simple question to ask over the phone rather than having to pay $75 and taking time out of my workday for a service call to happen.

He tried to fix things, but I had to have a new garage door opener. He also replaced the rollers, greased the chain. He programmed my car to the opener, and we had him add an outdoor keypad. Nice. We shouldn’t have to worry about the door for years.
