We’ve had Precision Door service our garage doors in the past with great results and very professional service. They were the first to call when we needed two new garage door openers. Dakota was great! He was able to fix our garage door issues. It appears our issue is with the Genie side wall mount system itself. I would highly recommend not purchasing that model. It has not worked properly since it was installed on a new construction home. Precision was the only company listed to do Genie repairs near us and they were still 30+ mins away. I don’t know if it was the travel distance for the technician or what, but I do feel like the repair bill was excessive to reprogram wall mounts, set tension & rewire cables. No new equipment was purchased. Just glad to have working garage doors.

Saturday of Labor Day Weekend & my garage door wouldn’t open. I googled and found Precision Garage Door Service. I was pleasantly surprised to learn someone would come that day when I called. Came Early to repair broken springs. Garage is almost 20 years old. Everything had to be replaced except for the motor. Thank heavens. The wires were frayed. They were too small. The rollers were old. Dakota did a fabulous job in record time. The fact he could get the garage door open. Both springs were broken. Was amazing. We've used them before in the past for a tune-up and we'll continue to use precision garage.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door! My technician, Dakota, was absolutely AMAZING. He was prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and transparent. He was able to diagnose my issue right away. He provided me with an estimate with a couple of different options, depending on the extent of service I wanted. He got the work done in about an hour, and my garage door is good as new. He went above and beyond in service and even was able to save me some money from the initial estimate based on the replacement parts he used. Now, was this repair inexpensive? No. Was it timely, thorough, high-quality, and left me feeling confident and satisfied with the resolution? Absolutely. Dakota did such a good job with my repair that I'm hoping I won't have to call these folks for a LONG time. But if for any reason I do need my garage door looked at in the future, I know who to call...

My plight was that my garage door was damaged during a severe storm and I couldn’t get my cars out. Initially I contacted several companies to no avail. Upon contacting precision, garage door company they jumped right on it. The service person arrived on time. He answered all my questions and went right to work. Afterwards, he demonstrated the garage door was functioning properly. I would definitely recommend precision garage door company.
