The spring (14 yrs old) on our garage door broke on Sunday. I scheduled the appointment with Precision online for the next day. They were on time and had the spring replaced in no time! Excellent service!!

My plight was that my garage door was damaged during a severe storm and I couldn’t get my cars out. Initially I contacted several companies to no avail. Upon contacting precision, garage door company they jumped right on it. The service person arrived on time. He answered all my questions and went right to work. Afterwards, he demonstrated the garage door was functioning properly. I would definitely recommend precision garage door company.

The only Garage door company that I could get to repair a broken door spring on a Saturday. They came during my time appointment, make the repair quickly and checked and adjusted my garage door opener settings after repairing the broken spring. Tech Dakota Williams was fast and very polite. My appt.was less than 24hrs.after calling. Dakota was my technician & arrived around 5pm. He was wonderful & professional & showed me why my 18yr Garage Door Opener system had failed finally so we agreed to overhaul system & I recvd.all new parts, springs, & motor I was shocked he did it all & replaced whole unit that very evening.
