My son recommended Precision since my past service did not service on Sat. or Sun. I called Saturday about 11 and set the appointment for between 12 and 2, Alex called and was right on time. He was very professional, very efficient and showed me what was wrong and options for repair. He finished the repair in a very timely manner.
