Precision had installed a new unit a few years back and we trusted them to come out. The customer service person was very professional and arranged to have a service scheduled between 7-9 pm that night so we could get the door fixed before all the rain started and felt secure in our home. I mistakenly left my car tailgate up and then closed the door which caused the problem and after a very bad day it was so nice to have actual customer service. The service tech showed up at about 7:15, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem quickly and we were so relieved. Precision is wonderful, fast, complete and does great work. Thank you so much for taking care of us and we would recommend you to anyone needing a garage door or repair! I am so sorry I did not get the technician's name but he lived in Radcliff as I thanked him for coming out so late.

I love that they Precision has weekend service and doesn't charge more for weekend calls. When our overhead spring broke on a Saturday night, I really thought I would have to wait until Monday to call and have to take off work. Called Sunday morning and a tech was out to my house in just a few hours. Completed the job timely, cleaned up, and was friendly. He didn't try to upsell me, but did make a few recommendations for the future if we decided to stay in the house. Overall, a great experience. Can't say whether the price was too high/too low as I did not call around, but felt it was fair based on researching the parts cost and assuming labor charges. Changing out high-tension springs could be a DIY'er project, but it's also very dangerous. I was willing to pay to have a pro do it. Included in price was 1yr parts and labor warranty.

Technician Brent arrived on time (actually a bit early) answered all my questions, and then proceeded to promptly adjust the door track. Did several runs of the travel to insure it rose and lowered correctly. Lubricated all hinges and springs and even gave me an estimate of the remaining life in the springs!

This is the second time that I have used Precision. The 1st time was for a new door installation with a new opener. This time to replace door springs on a door that was installed by someone else just over a year ago. Both times everything was explained up front, and I was given a choice of good, better and best. Efficient professional service. I called on a Saturday around 12:30pm and a service tech was at my house by 1:15pm. Several rollers had come off the track and the cables were frayed and broken. Part of the door was hanging down. Brandon knew exactly what to do and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. He was very efficient and professional. This is the second time I have used them, replaced broken spring first time. Service is excellent. Plan to use them to replace the door soon.
