I am new to Louisville and did not have a clue who to call so visited Angie's List and found Precision. Tommy Gatlin was my service man and he was so nice, very business like, very knowledgeable and just what you want a technician to be. I am glad I called Precision and although I don't want to have to call them again if the needs arise they will be the one I call. Thanks for a great tech and job well done.

I called their office at 7:30 am and had a technician (Tommy) at my door at 9:15 am. Tommy showed me all of the areas that needed fixed and took care of all of them in a short amount of time. Tommy was very polite and knowledgeable.

We had used Precision before when we had problems with our springs. When the garage door opener finally fell apart, we called Precision again. Our service technician was extremely professional and installed a new opener for us and replaced our springs again, which were going bad, and installed a keypad. We were very impressed with the job done and felt the price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again if the need arises!

Our garage door broke Friday night and we were very happy that Collin was able to come in on such a short notice at 9pm on a Friday night. He was very professional and explained all of our options. Contacted Precision because they advertised they would come nights and weekends for no extra charge. They were out on a Weds night within 2 hours of our call. I just googled emergency garage door repair and Precision was the first one and that is how I selected you guys. I took a chance which I normally wouldn't do but needed it fixed fast. Overall was very pleased and tech was very pleasant and got to the point fast on what needed to be done. Now we will see how well it holds up for us and hopefully we won't have any issues with what we had repaired. I would refer Precision to other people and will I call again if I have any other issues with our garage.

Our service technician Ryan was incredible. He is the very definition of a consummate professional. We booked w Precision 4 hours before the UofL / UK basketball game after our booked technician with another company walked off within 10 minutes of showing up saying he forgot his tools and would have to reschedule. Booking late in the evening during March Madness is an almost unthinkable thing to do to anyone here in the local area. He took his time to make sure everything was installed correct, answered all my questions along the way, cleaned up the scrap materials, and showed me all the features of my new system. He could not have been more pleasant the whole time, even on a job with such short notice. I highly recommend this company and will recommend Precision to anyone looking for garage door services. A++, 5 stars, 10 out of 10.

I was able to set up an appointment quickly with out pushing this number and that number, I was to talk to a real person. The appointment had a wide range of times to choose from. The estimate technician called and showed up in a timely fashion. I have an odd shaped garage doors that are not standard. He gave me more than one estimate so that I can make my decision. I only wish he had small metal samples to keep or sign for to assist me with my color decision with my husband. HE was very good at explaining my options. I would recommend him to others.
