I was very pleased with the service I received today. Precision was recommended to me by a friend who had used them. The technician was at my home within an hour after I called. He replaced the springs on my garage door in about 20 minutes. He was extremely professional, very polite and answered all my questions. I will certainly recommend Precision to my friends.

Brent arrived within the estimated time period. He introduced himself right away and went to work. He was very thorough in explaining and correcting the problem. He then did maintenance on the system and explained it as he went. Since the system was in place when I bought the house I had no understanding of it and Brent took time to explain and answer my questions. He made some recommendations on improving the system but was not pushy about it at all. Al in all I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Door Service. Brandon was on time and finished the repairs very quickly. I liked that they guaranteed to be there in 2 hours and when I got an email confirming my appt. it included a picture of who to expect, so I would know my repairman beforehand. We had a broken spring and this is the second time this has happened since we moved into this house (10 years ago). The first time this happened we used a company that only gave a 90 day warranty. I love the piece of mind that it includes a lifetime warranty and he made sure all the other parts (cables, pulleys etc.) were also replaced. Excellent job!

I had no idea there was a company that repaired garage doors on a Sunday. I found Precision after an Internet search and was extremely pleased to be able to make an appointment for the same day!! I was very pleased with the service. Brandon, the technician, looked over the door which was off it's rails, and had a broken spring. He had several repair options for me to choose from which was nice. He was professional, fast, and there was no extra charge for weekend work. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them.

5 STAR! Very quick and professional service. I had the springs replaced, wheels, wires, pulleys, (basically all moving parts on the garage door) Great price for repair parts and the technician fees/inspect fee. Decided to go with the lifetime warranty plan and like the peace of mind knowing if any parts go bad will be fixed and not cost other than the service charge. The company I worked with did a great job representing the brand name with great customer service and quality. My Garage door has never been more quit and smoothly operational.
