This experience started with a broken spring and ended with the need for a new door and opener to replace the 20 year old one that had seen better days. From the beginning of the process when I looked at the website, to the end when the technician was explaining the details of my new door and opener, I was pleased. The knowledge of the technicians was evident. Probably the most important aspect of this experience was that I never felt pressure to buy more than what I needed! We had a 15 year old garage door spring break on Tuesday morning. My car was stuck inside, and Derek was here within 2 hours to help me remove my vehicle. I chose Precision for the affordability AND the detail of your website. It covers everything from how to get new garage doors, kinds of garage door openers and the difference between the springs. I also liked the fact that you give Bios on your technicians and their ratings that were given by other individuals. Zach Horback was the best. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I asked a million questions. Zach made sure everything was working properly before he left. If something happens in the future I will definitely call Precision and ask for Zach.

Precision Overheard Garage Door Service is the best service you'll find! They performed a "Tune Up" and installed a new outside keypad. They are prompt, courteous, professional and extremely accommodating. They back up their performed service and my garage door opener gave them a run for the money. It is now totally working and we were taught how to use the outside keypad. Try them, you'll have em back every year!
