Our technician, Brett, was very personable, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I was not able to be there while the service was being performed but Brett called prior to arrival as promised, made my wife feel very comfortable and explained everything he would be doing while he was there. Brett did not hesitate to call me to address other issues he felt were important to insure that the garage door would be working more efficiently and much more quiet. His recommendations made sense, were easy to understand and true to his word the door now works better, and may I add much more quiet, than ever before. Job well done Brett !!! I was very pleased with the service provided by the technicians. After an initial hiccup, they made sure that someone came out to the house the same day to finish the job. The actual installation went smoothly and I appreciated the extra effort given to figuring out how to program the antiquated door opener!!! Went on line set up the appointment. Told the chat person what my problem was. Gave them requested information. Very easy process too. Was given a window when I would see the technician. He diagnosed the problem, that was easy though. Old motor wearing out and also opening on its own. Installed new equipment and had it working well in short order. Brent the tech seemed knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. At this point I am happy with Precision.

These folks are the best! On time, professional, awesome warranty. I paid to have it overhauled about five years ago. A spring broke yesterday. They were out first thing this morning and replaced both springs free of charge. The technician knew what to do and didn't waste any time doing it.

Our older chain drive door openers were worn badly. Precision Team came out and replaced our old openers with their belt version in a couple hours. These openers are really quiet and smooth, and their Tech support was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of their products.

Our garage door spring broke late on a Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning, and Brent showed up two hours later. Thirty minutes later the door was working again. Brent was quick and courteous. Should I ever need work done on the garage door again, I'll be giving Precision a call.

Very pleased with the service provided by your company today. I had the springs replaced on my overhead door, and thought for sure this would be a couple hour process. I was wrong. The technician that came to the house knew exactly what he was doing. All I had to do was point out the problem, and he knew what to do from there. He was done in 40 min.!
