I was very please with all that was done. Mr. Hornback was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and showed me how to use the new system. I will make sure to call Precision if I need anything pertaining to the garage doors. What a wonderful company. I had called other companies who wouldn't even come to Henry. When I called Precision they made me an appointment the next day.

I would give 5 stars all around, Brett gave us some great ideas and choices for replacing our garage doors. Derek did the install and he did a great job tearing out the old and putting in the new, he was very friendly and he was a very positive person. Derek in my opinion is a great reflection of your company.

The technician (Brett Schultheis) that serviced our garage door was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained, in detail, exactly what was wrong with my garage door and what need to be done to repair it. After completion of the repair, he explained, again in detail, what he had done and together we tested the door. It now works better that when I first moved her. Brett is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone with garage door problems.

I would certainly recommend these guys without reservations! Brett and Zach found the problem , explained my options clearly and proceeded to repair the garage door. All in a timely manner. They were courteous and deferential at all times, answering any questions I posed to them knowledgeably. This is a company that knows how to prepare their employees to deal with the public. I will call on them again, and will suggest their name to friends and acquaintances.

Seriously outstanding service. Each time I've dealt with Precision I've been surprised at the quality of service I receive. This time was no different. The technician, Zach Hornback, was a real pleasure to work with. Everything from his knowledge, genuinely friendly and caring disposition, thoughtfulness, and professionalism... It's rare to come across such a high quality tech. I've learned that the culture of a business is set from the top down. It's obvious that the culture set here at Precision was set from the top and permeates to all of the employees. Thanks Precision for your outstanding service! And thanks, Zach, for your daily commitment to your customers.

Bottom line, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best servicer for our garage door that we have every had. I have lived in 5 different houses, all with heavy garage doors, and had service stickers on the wall. Precision is the most professional group of persons I have ever experienced, very quick, very knowledgable, and will continue to help you if needed in the future (with advice, maintenance programs, materials to use, and DIY ideas that are just part of being a good steward).

Our installer Brett was professional, friendly and explained the features and functionality of the new opener. We replaced a chain driven opener with a belt driven one and we cannot hear the door open now, it is so smooth and quiet. Very satisfied with the service.
