Not only did he replace my broken springs, he aligned my door and suggested nylon rollers. Whoa! What a difference. ..smooth as silk. Thank you Precision! And a special thank you to Zack!

great service, they were prompt, explained what was wrong, fixed the door so it worked even better than before. They were able to bump us up in the schedule which was very helpful. My 91 year old Dad lives with us and the ramp to get in the house is in the garage, so it was VERY helpful to get the door fixed same day. I would recommend them!

The technician (Brett Schultheis) that serviced our garage door was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained, in detail, exactly what was wrong with my garage door and what need to be done to repair it. After completion of the repair, he explained, again in detail, what he had done and together we tested the door. It now works better that when I first moved her. Brett is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone with garage door problems.

Bottom line, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best servicer for our garage door that we have every had. I have lived in 5 different houses, all with heavy garage doors, and had service stickers on the wall. I just had my 30 year 0ld wooden garage door and the electric opener and all hardware replaced by Precision in Oldham County, KY. Uniformed, neat, and professional personnel. Kept appointments on time and even gave me the courtesy of texting me 30 minutes ahead of arrival time.
