David was kind, friendly, & very professional. We had a broken garage door spring, & he replaced both springs & the bearings. He gave me 3 different options, & the process was done so quickly! As I told him, I'm a recent widow, & my husband used to take care of these types of things. He made it all so easy. I also appreciated the email I received last night introducing me to my tech so I made sure I was letting the correct person into my home. I will always use Precision from now on. Thanks Precision! Josh was our technician and he was awesome! Very knowledgable, no pressure but made sure i was aware of all my options. Once we agreed on the options, he did the install in a very reasonable time, explained all the required parts replacements, new operation and services accomplished.
