I was very satisfied. It was comforting to know who would be coming (in company truck), what he would look like & his name. Brent called when he was on the way. When he arrived he checked everything out and explained the problems & my options. He was very profession, while being nice & friendly at same time. He was able to answer any questions I had. He replaced the motor, springs & put new seal across the bottom. I like my door much better now it is nice & quiet with the new belt. I would be sure to call them again if I have problems & would recommend them to anyone I can. Thank you Brent for a job well done.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday. I called Precision Door and they sent Brett Schultheis to our house less than two hours later. Tech was 15 min. past due, however, he had just completed a LARGE job in Louisville, and considering the traffic, It's a wonder he made as good a time as he did. Technician, Zach Hornback, to the rescue. He fixed my garage door, which was very old, when no other company would even make a service call. He did advise me that , due to the age of the door, he didn't know how long the door would work, but so far, so good. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and prompt. I am a happy camper.

From the very first visit when tommy came to try and fix our old garage doors, to telling us the bad news they needed to be replaced he was friendly, knowledgable The technician who installed ran into some difficulty with our rather odd entrance to our garage He took it upon himself to make the adjustments on the fly instead of just giving up a process that ran him a couple hours over The garage doors are beautiful
