Technician, Zach Hornback, to the rescue. He fixed my garage door, which was very old, when no other company would even make a service call. He did advise me that , due to the age of the door, he didn't know how long the door would work, but so far, so good. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and prompt. I am a happy camper.

From the very first visit when tommy came to try and fix our old garage doors, to telling us the bad news they needed to be replaced he was friendly, knowledgable The technician who installed ran into some difficulty with our rather odd entrance to our garage He took it upon himself to make the adjustments on the fly instead of just giving up a process that ran him a couple hours over The garage doors are beautiful

Told me the price of a new chain driven or belt driven garage door opener and when I decided on the belt driven garage door opener he installed it. My first impression to use Precision as was stated, a family owned business. They know what their doing when it comes to garage door repairs as well as garage door openers. My home garage door is 16' long, had two coil springs replaced as well as all new bearings. Also had my garage door opener repaired while at it as it was getting some bad wear on a main drive gear as the drive chain was drooping. Only thing I never have received yet is my complete receipt list and payment for the work done ? Thanks, Ernie

I'm sure others have done this too... but maybe I wasn't so awake one morning and reversed before the garage door was completely up? oh my... I called many garage door companies as I'm newer to the area and was not sure whom to call. Precision was the only one that could get out to our house on the same day. I was so relieved because the door wouldn't shut after I hit it and I was concerned about that. They gave us a time frame and were there on time.. not at the end of the time frame, but closer to the beginning! The service guys were wonderful and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left. Great job. Great service. Great pricing.
