I found Precision Door Service one address ago, when a broken spring trapped my car in the garage. Now here I was again -- new address, same problem. As before, our tech was there the day I called. The repair was complete -- including replacement of one solidly frozen bearing -- and my car is once again free to travel. This was the third time I've called on the company. Precision Door Service also installed the new garage door opener here.

We were pleased with our new garage motor installation after a storm surge fried our previous one. The tech was on time and professional. We wanted to have a motor that we purchased at Menards put in, however after some discussion our tech was able to get us an affordable system that was comparable and better service than the Menards brand. He finished within the 2 hour window. We like our new system.

The Precision website caught my attention while looking for garage door repair service. I liked the BBB rating, and the possibility of same day service. As no service was available on the day I called, I scheduled an appointment, and the service fee was waived(as advertised). My technician actually showed up early, and completed my repairs quickly and to my satisfaction. My tech did an awesome job, way faster than I thought it would take to complete. I was very pleased with the service. Jeff Goff was here at the time he told me. He replaced the springs in a timely manner. I'm a single mom of a special needs child and needed this fixed right away. My daughters bus picks her up in my driveway. Garage is the easiest way to get her to the bus.

We had a torsion spring break on the Friday before New Year. I called their 24 hour number and was immediately connected with a very helpful young lady who set up my appointment for the following day. Not only did the technician arrive early he then proceeded to repair my door very quickly and efficiently. The best part is the bill was very reasonable for a Saturday repair on a holiday weekend. Great service all around.
