The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday. I called Precision Door and they sent Brett Schultheis to our house less than two hours later. Technician, Zach Hornback, to the rescue. He fixed my garage door, which was very old, when no other company would even make a service call. He did advise me that , due to the age of the door, he didn't know how long the door would work, but so far, so good. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and prompt. I am a happy camper.

From the very first visit when tommy came to try and fix our old garage doors, to telling us the bad news they needed to be replaced he was friendly, knowledgable The technician who installed ran into some difficulty with our rather odd entrance to our garage He took it upon himself to make the adjustments on the fly instead of just giving up a process that ran him a couple hours over The garage doors are beautiful

Derek Hawk arrived after a phone call. he was very knowledgeable telling me about my existing garage door opener. Told me the price of a new chain driven or belt driven garage door opener and when I decided on the belt driven garage door opener he installed it. He explained all the working of the new door and even programmed my van garage door opener feature. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend Precision.

I was very satisfied. It was comforting to know who would be coming (in company truck), what he would look like & his name. Brent called when he was on the way. When he arrived he checked everything out and explained the problems & my options. He was very profession, while being nice & friendly at same time. He was able to answer any questions I had. He replaced the motor, springs & put new seal across the bottom. I like my door much better now it is nice & quiet with the new belt.
