I was very pleased with the service. Jeff Goff was here at the time he told me. He replaced the springs in a timely manner. I'm a single mom of a special needs child and needed this fixed right away. My daughters bus picks her up in my driveway. Garage is the easiest way to get her to the bus.

He enjoys working for precision and that says a lot about the kind of company you are running. While nobody WANTS to drop a couple hundred on a busted door it helps when it is explained clearly and without pressure. Keep up the good work.

Zach was at my home yesterday evening. My spring broke on my door over the weekend. I went to the Precision website and was very impressed. Zach arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door had numerous problems and we looked at the option of repairing it or buying a new door. After looking at it and having it explained I opted for a new door. I will have my new door next week. He was very helpful in helping me choose a design. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

He was there as he said and was very friendly and professional as soon as he got out of his truck. He did an excellent job and explained everything he did so I would understand easily. Awesome Job on a Very hot Sunday early afternoon…. Works like new. George was very professional and completed the overhaul quickly. I have had jack-legs repair this door before and the last one was out in April 2016, his repair lasted 3 months. So with getting the warrantee I hope to not have an issue again. GREAT JOB !!

Our garage door made strange sounds when in use. Bill Schultheis came to our rescue. Installed springs, rollers, and cable things. Our garage door is now quiet. Bill is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and will answer all questions in a friendly manner. He is very good at explaining how a garage door should work and the garage door components.

I was very satisfied. It was comforting to know who would be coming (in company truck), what he would look like & his name. Brent called when he was on the way. When he arrived he checked everything out and explained the problems & my options. He was very profession, while being nice & friendly at same time. He was able to answer any questions I had. He replaced the motor, springs & put new seal across the bottom. I like my door much better now it is nice & quiet with the new belt.
