My door spring broke on a Saturday. I had previously used another door company and remembered the name, but couldn't leave an email or text message because there was a problem with their website, so I called and left a message. My son had used Precision so I checked their website. I was able to chat with a representative on Saturday evening and schedule an appointment for Monday at noon! Their technicians were in uniform with a nice Precision van. They did the repair quickly and gave me options. Then with more technology...they were able to take my payment on an iPad and sign on an iPhone. Their technology really gives them the advantage over the competitors!!

I called after 5pm and had a technician scheduled to come out first thing the following morning. The technician, John, was on time, called me prior to his arrival as I had requested, and offered me three different pricing options regarding the repair of my garage door. These new doors and openers are the quietest ones ever! Even when I'm in the room above the garage (have a split-level house) I can barely hear the doors go up or down. Also the rooms above the garage feel a bit warmer too since the old doors weren't as well insulated. Thanks for a great product and service.

We had a torsion spring break on the Friday before New Year. I called their 24 hour number and was immediately connected with a very helpful young lady who set up my appointment for the following day. Not only did the technician arrive early he then proceeded to repair my door very quickly and efficiently. The best part is the bill was very reasonable for a Saturday repair on a holiday weekend. Great service all around.
