Great service. Chance identified the problem immediately. Line of path for sensors blocked by snow shovel. Along with identifying the issue he checked the remotes for proper service and re-educated me on the wall panel, especially the lock and unlock button. Thanks to him I should not have any further problems anytime soon. Even recommended where to get garage door lubricant. Great professionalism. Mike H.

We are extremely satisfied with the prompt, friendly service provided by Precision. We called this morning for a broken garage door spring and we were operational once again before 5PM this afternoon! Our service person, Blake, was friendly, professional, and informative with the service and products offered to complete our repair. We would highly recommend Precision for this type of repair!

We had to go to some lengths to contact Precision Door Garage Service because we had misplaced our 2012 Invoice. Having been pleased with that service we wanted this company to help us again. Our technician, Chance, came on time and immediately diagnosed our problem. He also recommended replacing our door "rollers" as a means of solving one of our concerns. He tolerated my watching him go about his work and that did not reduce his efficiency or courtesy. We will definitely call on this company again if we have difficulty. We strongly recommend Chance and were pleased to know that we can call on him if he is available in the future when we need help.

Brent was great to work with, he was honest, friendly, knowledgeable & efficient in his service. I was greatful to find a company who could provide service on a Saturday. I would have had to take time off from work if I had to go to other companies for service. I appreciate what Precision offered weekend service at no extra charge & they are a good company to call on. I do recommend them.
