I am impressed with Precision. The technician, Brent, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He arrived on time, he completed the tune-up, replaced the exterior pad, and made us aware of problems with our current pulley system. We have a old home and old garage. The pulleys in the system have lost their bearings and the metal is grinding away. Brent gave us options to replace the lift system only or to replace the door inclusive of the door. He also programmed my husbands car remote! This was an excellent experience and I know we will be working with Precision again on one of the options Brent presented to us. Thank you!

Phoned Precision on Saturday and Brandon came out on Sunday. No extra charge for weekend service. Brandon was punctual, knowledgeable and fast. He diagnosed and explained our problem in minutes and had it repaired and working in less than 1.5 hours. Made the appointment by phone and received an email confirmation immediately. I really appreciated that the email included pictures of the technicians so we knew who to expect. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

I'm very pleased with Precision! I called on a Sunday night, talked to a live person, and had Brent at my home first thing Monday morning to fix my broken spring. I decided to go ahead and have him install the PDS800 garage door opener along with new rollers, etc to reduce the noise in the room above my garage. The difference is night and day! I can't believe how quite the new door is. Excellent communication from Precision (via email), quick service, great work, reasonable prices!

BIG thanks to Derek Hawk of Precision Garage Door!! My garage door broke yesterday, and less than 24 hours later, it's BACK up and running again. Brent was the first to gve me an estimate on the material needed to fix my door. He was very professional in explaining what was needed and the reason. For the repair, Terry was very professional and explained the repair and figured out the probale cause for the door malfunction. Not only did he fix the door but repaired the cause, and realigned the door tracks. He also recommended on what maintenance that I could do to keep my door running at peak efficiency. His attention to detail show the kind of training and experience that Precision has in their employees. I highly recommend Precision for garage door repairs.
