When I received no call back from previous garage company I called Precision from ad in phone book and was able to arrange a service call same day even though it was a Saturday. Service men called before coming giving me time of their arrival, Even though I had a major repair gentlemen were knowledgeable and made repairs to my satisfaction explaining needed repairs and cost of same. Very knowledgeable and performed repairs in a timely manner and very courteous. I will definitely tell my friends and family how efficient and pleased I was of your service.

All of my expectations were met. Jason and the other young man were very professional. I chose Precision Garage Doors because I had them service my door before. I am very pleased other than the $75.00 service call. I am on fixed income, 75 years old and the repair and the additional $75.00 was a lot for me. Maybe, the service call fee of $75.00 could be waved if repairs are done.

Thank you so very much for sending Alex to fix my garage door. It was out of alignment and in desperate need of lubrication. Cunningham wouldn’t come out and fix it again given its age and the fact that it was a commercial door in a residential property. Alex fixed it within an hour. I called about an issue with my door not being able to raise up with the emergency pool. It would not lock in place with the pool cord being polled. I had the technician come out and it was simply just an issue with a full cord not being in the right position. It took him five seconds to show me this issue and said that it was on the setting used mainly for service calls.. I had the door installed two years ago and the installer showed me how to pull the emergency pole but never showed me that it could lock into two different positions. I’m very frustrated that it took $75 for this issue to be resolved in five seconds. I explain my situation to the rep on the phone. I feel like this could be something easily resolved with a simple question to ask over the phone rather than having to pay $75 and taking time out of my workday for a service call to happen.

Jason the technician was very polite and hard working. He installed new rollers and The rollers were gigantic, 7 inches and plastic which really lowered the noise level. The original ones were much shorter so took a bit of time getting use to the look of the bulkiness of stems sticking out a bit further. But I am please that the garage door shuts less noise.
