We called late Precision and they gave us a window of time for a technician to come out the next morning. Dakota did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He called ahead of time to let us know when he was 15 minutes out. He assessed the problem and gave a thorough explanation and a quote. He was prompt and professional. Great service!

Our garage door broke last night and Precision was able to come out to fix it the very next day. They gave me a window of 11-1 and Jason was here right at 11. He inspected the door, explained the issues and itemized the repairs. Jason was thorough with the repair and very experienced and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repair.

My garage door would not open or close with out holding the control button in. Alex immediately saw and solved the problem. The laser light was knocked out of alignment. He showed e how to align it. He also lubricated the the appropriate joints.
