The same day service your company offered was extremely important to me. My door was totally inoperable & standing wide open. A family member had used your service previously & had been satisfied. I received a same day appointment; Brian arrived on time & had all necessary items to fix a cable that had come off; straighten track that was bent & install a new belt-drive unit & surge protector (unfortunately my old motor was fried by the lightening during our recent storms). An estimate was given & he went straight to work, completing the job professionally & efficiently. Very satisfied with the entire process; will use your company again if needed & definitely would recommend you to others. Thanks !!

Your advertisement in the Yellow Pages was very informative and guaranteed same day service. My garage door was inoperable and same day service was important. The Technician was very professional, knowledgeable and informative during the initial visit. The next day, he installed a Torquemaster Conversion and a new opener.

I had a spring break and precision's are warranties for life. I tried to adjust one once and it is extremely dangerous. Sam replaced my springs and all new cables and rollers and pulley wheels and hinges. He tightened the door and put a nice weather strip on where my floor is uneven. It's been a long time since I've gotten such good service and Sam was very friendly and professional. Obviously very well trained. I would recommend him and your company in a heartbeat. Thanks for a job well done!

I found Precision on line and chose it because of its location. I live in Prospect and want to use businesses in this area. I had called another company and immediately perceived an attitude over the phone talking to the technician. From the first call, Precision treated me kindly and professionally. When Brent showed up. He was early! Professional in demeanor and appearance. Gave me the estimate and started working right away. In less than 2 hours the job was done and I am very satisied with the whole process. I will definitely recommend you. Nice job to all!

Woke up Sunday morning to find that I couldn't open garage door not even manually! My husband saw that the spring and cables had snapped. Didn't know who to call so I chose Precision because your ad said "broken spring specialists" in right red, as well as "we can fix it today"!They gave us a time that they would be there and were on time. Sam Green, the technician was friendly, courteous, professional, paid attention to detail, and well trained. He did a great job!

We had a new garage door installed by Precision. I love my new door and the service was outstanding. My garage isn't a standard size, and the technicians kept running into problems. They kept working until the job was right. I am very satisfied and would definately purchase from them again.

My 50+ year old garage door setup and ancient door opener needed some major work. I purchased a new Precision garage door opener and had the whole system overhauled. Bo worked hard at getting all the parts to my old door replaced (springs, rollers, drums, etc.). Very good service, and a very quiet and smooth garage door from now on.

I was very happy with the service I received. My garage door cable broke on Saturday night, I had cut out coupons and I read no extra charge for nights or weekends. I called and had a very friendly girl, Shannon I think, who arranged for Sam to come out. He was there quickly. After discussing, I decided on a new garage door. Was very happy it could be put up so fast, and on Monday Bo came out and did a great job, and then after talking to him decided on new opener also. He was so nice to stay and install it. I will recommend Precision to my family and friends.
