Great experience - Called with urgent service request and they had techs to my house within 2 hours. When it was determined I needed a new garage door, they had it installed the very next morning! I called my regular garage door service company and they were not even open on the weekend. I called your company and they squeezed me in. Brandon was awesome. I only called because my garage door wasn't operating correctly but when he looked at it he informed me that the chain was ready to break. I think it's awesome that he had all the products on hand and replaced my opener and rollers in less than 2 hours.

We really thought that Precision was great to work with. Tommy came out one day to see if we could repair and unfortunately we couldn't. He explained why and then quoted a new door for us. We felt that the price was fair and he set up the install just two days later. I appreciated the emails with Tommy's picture and reviews. He was friendly, kind and courteous. Installer did a great job; very professional. Our garage floor surface is uneven so required additional seal work (NOT the fault of the installer). The seal work was performed the next morning. Quality of door, motor, hardware and installation was excellent!

I've had issues with my garage door for a couple of weeks, and the door would not open at all this weekend. I called Precision around 9:30 a.m., and Brent was here by 11:30! He installed a new opener and fixed my door in about 2 hours - very professional, explained all prices ahead of time, and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision!
