Derek Hawk arrived after a phone call. he was very knowledgeable telling me about my existing garage door opener. Told me the price of a new chain driven or belt driven garage door opener and when I decided on the belt driven garage door opener he installed it. He explained all the working of the new door and even programmed my van garage door opener feature. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend Precision.

My first impression to use Precision as was stated, a family owned business. They know what their doing when it comes to garage door repairs as well as garage door openers. My home garage door is 16' long, had two coil springs replaced as well as all new bearings. Also had my garage door opener repaired while at it as it was getting some bad wear on a main drive gear as the drive chain was drooping. Only thing I never have received yet is my complete receipt list and payment for the work done ? Thanks, Ernie

I'm sure others have done this too... but maybe I wasn't so awake one morning and reversed before the garage door was completely up? oh my... I called many garage door companies as I'm newer to the area and was not sure whom to call. Precision was the only one that could get out to our house on the same day. I was so relieved because the door wouldn't shut after I hit it and I was concerned about that. They gave us a time frame and were there on time.. not at the end of the time frame, but closer to the beginning! The service guys were wonderful and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left. Great job. Great service. Great pricing.

I called my regular garage door service company and they were not even open on the weekend. I called your company and they squeezed me in. Brandon was awesome. I only called because my garage door wasn't operating correctly but when he looked at it he informed me that the chain was ready to break. We really were pleased with the fast service we received an not being over charged for the weekend callout. The service tech was super an so friendly we would ask for him personally if we need service again. His name is not on your list I believe because he is fairly new but it was Brandon Duby.
