I was extremely happy with the service I received from your company and especially your technician, Tommy Gatlin. He arrived ahead of time (after calling first) and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything to me and what would be needed to repair my door. Your website is awesome. I loved being able to read other reviews about the particular technician that would be coming into my home. It made me feel very comfortable when he arrived. Although I found your company name in the Yellow Pages, it was your website that made me pick Precision to repair my door. Thank you!

We really thought that Precision was great to work with. Tommy came out one day to see if we could repair and unfortunately we couldn't. He explained why and then quoted a new door for us. We felt that the price was fair and he set up the install just two days later. I appreciated the emails with Tommy's picture and reviews. He was friendly, kind and courteous. We will definitely use Precision for all of our garage door needs in the future.

Awesome service! Called about 8:30 am, and was told they would be here as early as 9 am. This was not billed as an emergency cost either! The device was great. Tommy was very nice and and got the job done quick and well done. I would highly recommend this company to all!

I was exceptionally pleased with the service and quality of the products. I had a motor and spring installed and all the hardware that goes with that. Ryan was the technician and I was extremely pleased with his ability to get the job done very well and in cold weather. Installer did a great job; very professional. Our garage floor surface is uneven so required additional seal work (NOT the fault of the installer). The seal work was performed the next morning. Quality of door, motor, hardware and installation was excellent!

I've had issues with my garage door for a couple of weeks, and the door would not open at all this weekend. I called Precision around 9:30 a.m., and Brent was here by 11:30! He installed a new opener and fixed my door in about 2 hours - very professional, explained all prices ahead of time, and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision!

Brent did a great job! He's a very hard work and very personable as well. He overhauled the entire door (wheels, springs and cables) and installed a new garage door opener in about 2-1/2 hours. Late one Sunday afternoon, I came home to find my remote controls and external keypad would not operate my garage door opener. The button inside the garage worked, and, I later found the remotes would work but only if I was standing under the opener itself. Collin came and diagnosed the problem quickly and installed an external receiver to prevent me from incurring the cost of a total unit replacement. A new keypad was also installed that later had to be replaced but Collin took care of it with a second service run and (this is the best part) at no extra charge! Thanks Precision and Collin for a great job at a reasonable price.
