I called for service at 11:08 and Brent was at my door right at an hour later (12:18). He checked the situation out and fixed it within an hour and a half. Brent was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I had called and left a message with a different garage repair company. I gave them 90 minutes and when they didn't return my call I called Precision and was greeted with a live assistant. Thanks Precision - you've won my business! P.S. After 2 days - the other company hasn't returned my call.

I was ready to leave for an appointment, when I discovered my garage door would only roll up high enough to back my car out and then wouldn't close. The service performed by Brent was excellent. He was efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful. The only issue I had was the information on pricing over the phone with your representative was mis-leading. I asked for a price for the replacement of 2 springs and when Brent got here he said that was the price for 1 spring. I had cancelled another company because of your pricing.

My 50+ year old garage door setup and ancient door opener needed some major work. I purchased a new Precision garage door opener and had the whole system overhauled. Bo worked hard at getting all the parts to my old door replaced (springs, rollers, drums, etc.). Very good service, and a very quiet and smooth garage door from now on.
