I called at 0900 and Brent was working on the door by 1120. Good service, quality parts and friendly employees. Definitely a good business plan.

Brent pointed out that the one spring for a large door as I have should have 2 springs and the cables were worn. Brent was prompt and professional, and had my repairs done within 45 after arrival. My door works better now than it did before the spring broke. After a quick analysis, Brent suggested an overhaul due to the condition of other parts on the door. I did spend more than originally planned, however, more repairs were necessary, and the quality speaks for itself. A pain free process!
