I called for service at 11:08 and Brent was at my door right at an hour later (12:18). He checked the situation out and fixed it within an hour and a half. Brent was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I had called and left a message with a different garage repair company. I gave them 90 minutes and when they didn't return my call I called Precision and was greeted with a live assistant. Thanks Precision - you've won my business! P.S. After 2 days - the other company hasn't returned my call.

I was ready to leave for an appointment, when I discovered my garage door would only roll up high enough to back my car out and then wouldn't close. The service performed by Brent was excellent. He was efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful. The only issue I had was the information on pricing over the phone with your representative was mis-leading. I asked for a price for the replacement of 2 springs and when Brent got here he said that was the price for 1 spring. I had cancelled another company because of your pricing.

I received a same day appointment; Brian arrived on time & had all necessary items to fix a cable that had come off; straighten track that was bent & install a new belt-drive unit & surge protector (unfortunately my old motor was fried by the lightening during our recent storms). Sam replaced my springs and all new cables and rollers and pulley wheels and hinges. He tightened the door and put a nice weather strip on where my floor is uneven. It's been a long time since I've gotten such good service and Sam was very friendly and professional. Obviously very well trained. I would recommend him and your company in a heartbeat. Woke up Sunday morning to find that I couldn't open garage door not even manually! My husband saw that the spring and cables had snapped. Didn't know who to call so I chose Precision because your ad said "broken spring specialists" in right red, as well as "we can fix it today"!They gave us a time that they would be there and were on time.
