Our torsion spring broke Friday evening with both of our cars in the garage and the door down. The first co.we called said that they did'nt replace springs over the weekend. I saw your ad in the yellow pages,called and you came out,replaced the springs, and were done by 10:30. Jacob was very polite,helpful and efficient.

Called a competitive company first to come out and repair broken garage door. I was told that they may or may not get to it today due to being slammmed for the Holidays??? I didn't see the relevance? Since I need to use car, etc., I found Precision on the web. Called and Marie answered and said no problem, they can have Brent come out within two hours. Sure enough, Brent arrived , repaired the door and everything is great. Great SERVICE!! Glen

Brian showed up 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. In today's business world, this happens less frequently than it should. He took the time to not only fix what was asked for, but performed a inspection of both garage doors and explain why I was have an issue on my single car garage door. He was able to fix this issue in another 10 minutes and made me feel comfortable that the problem has been taken care of. I will use Precision again, if I have any other overhead door problems.

I called for service at 11:08 and Brent was at my door right at an hour later (12:18). He checked the situation out and fixed it within an hour and a half. Brent was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I had called and left a message with a different garage repair company. I gave them 90 minutes and when they didn't return my call I called Precision and was greeted with a live assistant. Thanks Precision - you've won my business! P.S. After 2 days - the other company hasn't returned my call.

I was ready to leave for an appointment, when I discovered my garage door would only roll up high enough to back my car out and then wouldn't close. I looked in the yellow pages and saw the ad for Precision Door Service and called them. A very nice professional young man showed up within two hours and had it fixed in no time. The service performed by Brent was excellent. He was efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful. The only issue I had was the information on pricing over the phone with your representative was mis-leading. I asked for a price for the replacement of 2 springs and when Brent got here he said that was the price for 1 spring. I had cancelled another company because of your pricing.

Brian was great - explained all of the repairs I needed and finished them quickly, but still have confidence that all was done correctly. Had a broken spring, but Brian also checked and replaced other things to keep me from having to call them again in a few weeks. Will definitely recommend Precision to others in need of garage door repair.
