I recently had a garage sale and was very happy with the results until I began cleaning up. I was closing our garage door, and it went haywire! Apparently, it got "racked" and in the process of trying to continue to close it, the garage door motor broke. We called Precision and the Call Center efficiently scheduled us an appt for the next day. Brent Halbur, our technician, was prompt, very knowledgeable with all our options, and took a disheartening situation for me and actually made me feel good about having to replace the garage door opener! He went above and beyond to explain what was wrong, why, and provided a variety of options. If we ever need any additional services on our door or decide to replace it at any time, I will be calling Precision back and specifically asking for Brent! I do business with people that are fair, respectful and that I can trust. It's obvious he cares about his customers. Thank You Precision for setting the bar high for your competitors. Our business is yours.

The receptionist was very professional, friendly, and went that extra mile to make sure my appointment was scheduled correctly. I enjoyed meeting with our technician, Collin, who assisted me in making the most informed decision for choosing our new Carriage House garage doors. He worked with my contractor and me to make sure all items were addressed properly since we are removing two old, small doors and installing one large new one. Although installation has not occurred yet, my initial impression has been highly positive.

I called several garage door opener companies to get some reputable company to address my Garage door problems. Some were rude. Some were trying to get me to purchase a new opener. None treated me with the honesty, courtesy, positive attitude and smile in their voice and on their face like Precision did. What a breath of fresh air! And then, Tommy Gatling arrived. He was bright, articulate, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Precision is the only door company to call. They are going to grow by leaps and bounds because they care about their customers like other door companies don't.

I called their office at 7:30 am and had a technician (Tommy) at my door at 9:15 am. Tommy showed me all of the areas that needed fixed and took care of all of them in a short amount of time. Tommy was very polite and knowledgeable.

Called at 6:30pm Friday because the door would not open. Brent arrived around 9 pm...the other nice thing is...he called an hour before his arrival to let me know when he'd be there. Upon his arrival, Brent was professional and had my door open and operating in less than 5 minutes!

We had used Precision before when we had problems with our springs. When the garage door opener finally fell apart, we called Precision again. Our service technician was extremely professional and installed a new opener for us and replaced our springs again, which were going bad, and installed a keypad. We were very impressed with the job done and felt the price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again if the need arises!
