Precision Overheard Garage Door Service is the best service you'll find! They performed a "Tune Up" and installed a new outside keypad. They are prompt, courteous, professional and extremely accommodating. They back up their performed service and my garage door opener gave them a run for the money. It is now totally working and we were taught how to use the outside keypad. Try them, you'll have em back every year!

We just had routine maintenance and adjustments on our door so we would not have any problems. Precision came last time and did change bearings and pulleys when our cables broke. Precision is very professional and when he was delayed the office called. I appreciated that. The tech only replaced what was necessarye. He was efficient and very nice.

We decided to have an updated garage door installed with no particular company in mind. Found an add in the family savings magazine and decided to call. We usually do 3 estimates but my husband liked the sales person and the knowledge that he displayed so we decided on the spot to purchase the new door. The installer was also a very nice young man and didn't have any complications with the new door. I would give this company a 5 star rating with no problems and would recommend them to family and friends.

Service was great. Your team came out on the weekend and arrived at exactly the time they said they would. My old door was not salvagable and I placed an order for a new door. There were no pressure sales tactics which was much appreciated. New door and opener arrived and we love it. A chain drive was installed vs. the belt drive I ordered. You immediately sent someone out to correct the mistake.

Brent arrived within the estimated time period. He introduced himself right away and went to work. He was very thorough in explaining and correcting the problem. He then did maintenance on the system and explained it as he went. Since the system was in place when I bought the house I had no understanding of it and Brent took time to explain and answer my questions. He made some recommendations on improving the system but was not pushy about it at all. Al in all I was very satisfied with the service I received.

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Door Service. Brandon was on time and finished the repairs very quickly. I liked that they guaranteed to be there in 2 hours and when I got an email confirming my appt. it included a picture of who to expect, so I would know my repairman beforehand. We had a broken spring and this is the second time this has happened since we moved into this house (10 years ago). The first time this happened we used a company that only gave a 90 day warranty. I love the piece of mind that it includes a lifetime warranty and he made sure all the other parts (cables, pulleys etc.) were also replaced. Excellent job!

I had no idea there was a company that repaired garage doors on a Sunday. I found Precision after an Internet search and was extremely pleased to be able to make an appointment for the same day!!
