An absolute pleasure working with Precision from the yellow pages, web site, customer service, the follow up emails and the repair work. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. Tommy did an excellent job explaining the work that was needed and my options. I called on a Friday night and you were out the next morning at 8am. My old repair company said they could make it out in 4 days! Precision is a great example of how a company should operate. I shall gladly recommend you to others!

Brent did an excellent job repairing the broken spring on the garage door. He explained what he needed to do to take care of the issue. After he repaired the broken spring and the door opener, he made sure everything worked properly and cleaned up the area. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone and will use their service again if I need to.

Ryan was very professional and did his best to help repair garage door and garage door opener install. However, due to the age of my system (17 years old) he was unable complete. Look no further for all your garage door needs. Service techs,Tommy Gatlin and Ryan arrived on time. They immediately began evaluating my problems which included a very dangerous spring problem. They walked me through all the problems with my door and what was needed to correct them. No high pressure sales,just suggestions on actions and alternative solutions needed. Brent pointed out that the one spring for a large door as I have should have 2 springs and the cables were worn. I am the 3rd owner and don't believe anything has been done since 80's to springs, etc. Brent was professional and quickand also explained things well. I also bought a 3rd opener. Thanks!

Brent was prompt and professional, and had my repairs done within 45 after arrival. My door works better now than it did before the spring broke. After a quick analysis, Brent suggested an overhaul due to the condition of other parts on the door. I did spend more than originally planned, however, more repairs were necessary, and the quality speaks for itself. A pain free process!
