We purchased a new garage door. Overall, service and quality (so far - we've only had the door for a few days) was great. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that when we ordered the door we were told it would come in 2-3 weeks and that someone would call us when it came in to schedule an install date. After 3 weeks I called and asked about the status of our door, I was told the door was in (I didn't ask when it came in). We scheduled an install date. On the date and time of the scheduled install I received a call saying that all the pieces of the door were not there, so we had to wait another week for the missing part(s) to come in and schedule another install date. After that everything was fine.

Ryan was schedules to arrive between 10;00 and 12. He called to let me know when he would arrive and indeed arrived at the precise time . He quickly assessed the repairs needed and explained what his recommendation for what he felt was needed beside the obvious broken spring.He finished the job in 1 hour and I was able to keep my commitment @ 1p.m.He is a competent and gracious employee.Based on that I would recommend Precision Services.

I like 2 say this company was very very good at the service I received from them, they where prompt and came just about the time scheduled. The repairman, Tommy Gatlin, was very courteous. I was given the appointment time of 1:00 - 3:00. He called first to let me know he was on the way and showed up between the allotted times. Luckily the problem with my opener was easily fixed with a minor adjustment. If in the future I need any garage door repairs, I will certainly use Precision.

I called Precision over another company because I had a service coupon, the spring broke and we could not use the door. What I found when I called was a polite and helpful receptionist who helped me easily schedule an appointment. When the technician came to the house (on time) I was pleased with the professionalism, options and follow-through on the work. Brent was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely use Precision again and recommend them to others.
