Technician Brett Schultheis 1. He was working like a Pro..!!! He replaced torsion Springs, side and middle bearings, end drums, cables and rollers with such a speed and ease, that I could easily see, how knowledgeable he is.... 2. I had a an issue of the annoying noise while opening and closing the door. But his advice for replacing the roller was fruit full..the door is now quite.. 3. He maintained his promise for appointment...it was raining heavily that day and as already 9:00 PM..I offered him an option of rescheduling the appointment, but he was positive to remidiate the garage door issue on that day only.. The cable had broke on my garage door and the cable rollers were old and worn out. Not only did the techician (Zach) fix the issue, he went above and beyond to put new life in a very old, wood garage door. Extremely happy and eventually will replace garage door in the future from Precision.
