I am very happy with my service! I called on Sunday, received a same day appointment, and they came earlier than the time I was given. The operator was courteous and knowledgeable. She also made extra effort to get me that same day appt, calling the tech to see if it was possible. The technician that came out was extremely nice, explained my options, quickly fixed my door. I highly recommend Precision.

My car was trapped in the garage when the door spring broke. I called Precision and they sent Chance within a couple of hours. Chance took the time to explain what he believed was needed in addition to replacing the springs. He was very honest about our 16 year old builder grade garage door opener and said that we could have a couple more years of life left since it had never given us a problem. Because he was not high pressure, we chose to replace the opener as well as the other necessary repairs. I will highly recommend Precision and Chance.

Contacted Precision based upon their reviews on Angie's List and Home Advisor. Technician was prompt and able to answer all our questions. Install of a replacement door opener was done prompt. We are having them complete another one on a couple days.

What a great experience1 From the time I placed an emergency call I felt at ease due to a professional on the other end of the line who was polite, informative and extremely attentive. Everything went as described and on time. Brett, my technician was one of the absolute best people I've met in my life! He knows his job inside and out and explained every nuance of what he was doing. Please don't lose this guy! Great personality coupled with insane knowledge and professionalism. Your company is simply the best offering high quality products and expert, knowledgeable technicians. I am in the service industry and wish my company was as thorough as yours. Keep up the good work. I will refer you to all my friends, family and contacts. Thanks again Brett for helping me in my time of need. You guys ROCK!

I called 3 companies to estimates for a new garage door and opener. One gave a quick estimate, but it was $500 high. One took over a week to give the estimate, and it was $200 high. Precision had immediate response, came on Saturday to estimate, had the best price, communicated clearly throughout the process, and the installer did a great job.

My garage door failed on a Sunday afternoon. I went to the Precision Overhead Garage Door website. I opened a chat session and was greeted right away. I was given a Monday morning appointment. The tech came as scheduled, offered several service options, fixed the door (one major spring had broken, he had the parts he needed) and was finished in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would definitely use this company again!

My old garage company left me high and dry with a door that opened whenever a neighbor opened his door. Precision sent Brett out the same day I called. He was knowledgeable, quick and noticed issues that my old company missed. He installed a new operator, keypad, springs, bearings and new weather stripping. It's like a new door!

I was very pleased with your service and would recommend you to anyone in need of garage door repairs. I chose you because you were available 7 days a week and my garage door quit working on Friday and you were the only ones available to repair it on the weekend . Very good service. I would rate you on a scale of 5. Thank you so much.
