Technician Brett Schultheis 1. He was working like a Pro..!!! He replaced torsion Springs, side and middle bearings, end drums, cables and rollers with such a speed and ease, that I could easily see, how knowledgeable he is.... 2. I had a an issue of the annoying noise while opening and closing the door. But his advice for replacing the roller was fruit full..the door is now quite.. 3. He maintained his promise for appointment...it was raining heavily that day and as already 9:00 PM..I offered him an option of rescheduling the appointment, but he was positive to remidiate the garage door issue on that day only.. Thank You

The cable had broke on my garage door and the cable rollers were old and worn out. Not only did the techician (Zach) fix the issue, he went above and beyond to put new life in a very old, wood garage door. Extremely happy and eventually will replace garage door in the future from Precision. Broken spring! Two vehicles trapped inside due to heavy commercial door. What's one to do? Ah, Google search! Tada, Precision to the rescue! !! My technician Zack Hornback was amazing. My 91 year old Dad lives with us and the ramp to get in the house is in the garage, so it was VERY helpful to get the door fixed same day. I would recommend them!

My husband and I are very satisfied with the service. The technician was able to come earlier than expected. He explained the problem and showed my husband the part that was defective. He also explained that there is a 10 year life span on the springs. We are very satisfied with the work, and the knowledge of the technician, Jeff Goff.
