We were truly impressed from the time I spoke with the office staff to when the technician left our house after completing the job. We needed 2 new panels and a new motor ASAP! Another company that was supposed to install these items kept giving us the run around on time frame to get it done but Precision came to look at the job one day and were able to get it installed and fixed by the next afternoon! The Technician, Joseph, was also very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite and courteous! Would hands-down recommend this company for any garage door needs! Thank you, Precision, for bringing back great customer service!

A concrete company I call a door service to see what they might do for my problem. I chose your service. So glad I did. Door was not hitting concrete all way across. Your technician, who, by the way, was top notch, suggested using the rubber stripping across bottom of door. It works beautifully keeping cold air out and was more affordable for me. Thank you so much!

I just had then in today to fix a garage door outside wall opener and had them lubricate the things that needed it. They work fast and they work right. Can't say anything but good things. Thank you Precision

5 stars. Your serviceman, Josh, called me when he was 10 minutes away. He checked out my problem and determined I needed a new motor and set up. He finished installing it in about an hour, and had me come out to reset the keypad. He was friendly, prompt, and finished the job in a timely manner.

I was thrilled with Travis, the tech who came to help me. He listened to me and figured out a way that I could get a used opener which saved me money and made my door not open on its own when it wanted to. He came as his last appointment and got it done! He is a cheerful person and a pleasure to talk to AND my garage was closed this morning for a change. Thank you so much, Travis! You are the best!

5 stars + for Steven and Precision. Steven called before he arrived. Solved the problem in 45 minutes. Tried to repair the old remote devices, but they had worn out. At least 30 - 40 years of use. Replaced with universal remotes, added new wireless signal device. Inspected the door and all parts. Professional.

Precision is great. Josh showed up on time. He called before he came. He did the job quickly and nicely. It cost exactly what they quoted. We have used they for many years now and always like their service. We had the bottom seal replaced with a much better one.

I purchased a new garage door and opener from Blake Angel. Blake was very professional, polite and understood what I wanted done. Blake is what sold me on Precision Door. He knew what my issues were and was able to give me the best solution to resolve the problem. Collin Largen was the installer on the door and was exceptional. I challenged these gentlemen with removing my old 2x6 facing boards, replacing them with 1x6s, trim the drywall, install a new door and opener. Other places I had called wouldn't touch the job. These two took it on, did an outstanding job, and had it done in less than 5 hours. I have built homes, and installed several doors but have health issues which kept me from doing it myself. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues and made an 'ol carpenter' happy and that is no easy task. So if you're in doubt call these two gentlemen for you doors and installs.
