While I appreciated the initial "chat" person as well the person who called me to verify the appointment, the service guy lost you our business. He insulted my intelligence by speaking as i if I knew nothing about the process, was a "salesman" more than a repair guy, and spent quite a bit of time rambling on about many things not associated with garage door repairs. Very unimpressive

I was very pleased with every facet of my service call with Zach who I found to be very courteous and knowledgeable about all facets of garage doors and related issues. I wanted to know if there was anything that could be done to improve the exterior appearance of my current garage door realizing that it would not be a good investment of money. I quickly confirmed that I needed to replace my garage door, and Zach was kind enough to prepare a proposal for my review even though he understood that my timing to install a new garage door would be at some point in the coming year. Zach provided me a very informative experience leaving me very impressed with Precision Overhead Door Service.

Called to get an estimate on getting a motor installed on a brand new garage door. I was told there would be a service fee but wasnt told I would be charged $65 to get an estimate. After the technician was here about 10 minutes, to write an estimate, he asked my wife for $65. I feel like the estimate could have been completed over the phone with an additional three questions. Not sure if we will be using this company or not, but feel like we were taken advantage of.

Your technician Zach,arrived a little before the appointed arrival time, which was great. He immediately started checking to see what needed to be done. He then explained about repairs and the cost. After talking with me and my son we agreed to complete the repairs. He worked non-stop even making a trip to the shop to get a needed part. He was courteous & pleasant. The door runs like new! I called Precision when my garage door came off the tracks. They had someone at my door within a few hours. He was able to fix the door and explain what happened as well as make recommendations of what we could do to take the strain off the door. The builder put the wrong rollers and had a single spring on a double door. Within an hour and a half the tech, Josh, was able to put two new springs and the correct rollers on the door and had it working. Reasonable price and quick fix all with a 7 year warranty. If I ever have an issue in the future Precision will be the first call I make.

My sister and brother-in-law had a great experience with Precision and recommended to my father when he had an issue and he was really happy. So when I had my 1st garage door repair I called them and they were great to work with. This is my second experience with them (different home/doors). They were out on same day, super professional, fixed my problem (today) and offered me a wide variety of alternatives and cost based options for long term needs (27 year old door and opener needs major TLC). Technician (Travis) was courteous, professional and social distance respectful. Today was cable repair and new remotes. Near future I’ll use Precision for full replacement. I’m a very happy customer.

Your tech showed up on time and did a good job on the repair. I do think $315 is a little pricey for 15 minutes of work with no parts involved. Doctors cost less!!!

I was greatly impressed with the installation by Rick. He is very professional. The opener is amazing. It has some great features like the delay at closing and opening, plus so quiet. I will recommend "Precision" to anyone that asks me about my opener and service. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. However $85 to show how to program multiple devices was Unreasonable. Why isn’t this information available on your u tube videos or phone support offered? I will be looking for another company to service In the future.

Due to a component failure the garage door failed to close. Precision technician, Zack after inspection, suggested that a new door install would be a better value than an attempt to repair using the existing door. I agreed and after being presented with options chose a door that matches the old door in appearance and color. Zack was very helpful and polite during our interaction.

On 08 Sep 2020, a Triple Touch Bottom Seal was installed, and the serviceman did not consult with the owner about it not fitting the garage door precisely. The second visit by the same serviceman had no results, said that was the only Bottom Seal that Precision had, that my door thickness was too thin and that was all he could do. HELP! Unhappy customer...
