The same day service your company offered was extremely important to me. My door was totally inoperable & standing wide open. A family member had used your service previously & had been satisfied. I received a same day appointment; Brian arrived on time & had all necessary items to fix a cable that had come off; straighten track that was bent & install a new belt-drive unit & surge protector (unfortunately my old motor was fried by the lightening during our recent storms). An estimate was given & he went straight to work, completing the job professionally & efficiently. Very satisfied with the entire process; will use your company again if needed & definitely would recommend you to others. Thanks !!
