We were pleased with our new garage motor installation after a storm surge fried our previous one. The tech was on time and professional. We wanted to have a motor that we purchased at Menards put in, however after some discussion our tech was able to get us an affordable system that was comparable and better service than the Menards brand. He finished within the 2 hour window. We like our new system.

Zach was at my home yesterday evening. My spring broke on my door over the weekend. I went to the Precision website and was very impressed. Zach arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door had numerous problems and we looked at the option of repairing it or buying a new door. After looking at it and having it explained I opted for a new door. I will have my new door next week. He was very helpful in helping me choose a design. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Awesome Job on a Very hot Sunday early afternoon…. Works like new. George was very professional and completed the overhaul quickly. I have had jack-legs repair this door before and the last one was out in April 2016, his repair lasted 3 months. So with getting the warrantee I hope to not have an issue again. GREAT JOB !!
