Tech was 15 min. past due, however, he had just completed a LARGE job in Louisville, and considering the traffic, It's a wonder he made as good a time as he did. After arriving he went right to work and in 20 minutes had a new strut in place, and was processing the bill. Great job Thank You Lester & Barbara Best

I called my regular garage door service company and they were not even open on the weekend. I called your company and they squeezed me in. Brandon was awesome. I only called because my garage door wasn't operating correctly but when he looked at it he informed me that the chain was ready to break. I think it's awesome that he had all the products on hand and replaced my opener and rollers in less than 2 hours.

We really were pleased with the fast service we received an not being over charged for the weekend callout. The service tech was super an so friendly we would ask for him personally if we need service again. His name is not on your list I believe because he is fairly new but it was Brandon Duby.
