I called my regular garage door service company and they were not even open on the weekend. I called your company and they squeezed me in. Brandon was awesome. I only called because my garage door wasn't operating correctly but when he looked at it he informed me that the chain was ready to break. I think it's awesome that he had all the products on hand and replaced my opener and rollers in less than 2 hours.

Late one Sunday afternoon, I came home to find my remote controls and external keypad would not operate my garage door opener. The button inside the garage worked, and, I later found the remotes would work but only if I was standing under the opener itself. Collin came and diagnosed the problem quickly and installed an external receiver to prevent me from incurring the cost of a total unit replacement. A new keypad was also installed that later had to be replaced but Collin took care of it with a second service run and (this is the best part) at no extra charge! Thanks Precision and Collin for a great job at a reasonable price.

Well, precision means accuracy and exactness. When I called, the lady said that when the service person arrives, he would have everything on the truck needed to repair a garage door that day. I was impressed. No making another appointment next week while two vehicles were unavailable for use. Mr. Halibur was very knowledgeable and experienced and did a wonderful job. Also, that you for allowing me to pay the balance later in the month.
