I called after 5pm and had a technician scheduled to come out first thing the following morning. The technician, John, was on time, called me prior to his arrival as I had requested, and offered me three different pricing options regarding the repair of my garage door. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. John had the door in perfect working order again in less than two hours. I highly recommend Precision!

I called this morning and they were able to send a tech out this afternoon. Jeff explained exactly what was wrong and proceeded to replace the springs, cables and bearings in quick order. It is so nice to have my garage door open again!

We were pleased with our new garage motor installation after a storm surge fried our previous one. The tech was on time and professional. We wanted to have a motor that we purchased at Menards put in, however after some discussion our tech was able to get us an affordable system that was comparable and better service than the Menards brand. He finished within the 2 hour window. We like our new system.

Technician was a little late for the appointment but that was not a problem as I understand that the time is only arbitrary and sometime things case a delay. Zach was at my home yesterday evening. My spring broke on my door over the weekend. I went to the Precision website and was very impressed. Zach arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door had numerous problems and we looked at the option of repairing it or buying a new door. After looking at it and having it explained I opted for a new door. I will have my new door next week. He was very helpful in helping me choose a design. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Brett was the technician that came to our home. He called and advised he would be at my home in about 10 minutes. He was there as he said and was very friendly and professional as soon as he got out of his truck. He did an excellent job and explained everything he did so I would understand easily. Awesome Job on a Very hot Sunday early afternoon…. Works like new. George was very professional and completed the overhaul quickly. I have had jack-legs repair this door before and the last one was out in April 2016, his repair lasted 3 months. So with getting the warrantee I hope to not have an issue again. GREAT JOB !!

Tech was 15 min. past due, however, he had just completed a LARGE job in Louisville, and considering the traffic, It's a wonder he made as good a time as he did. After arriving he went right to work and in 20 minutes had a new strut in place, and was processing the bill. Great job Thank You Lester & Barbara Best

Precision was wonderful to work with. Our cars were trapped in our garage & they graciously worked us into their very busy schedule the same day. John was absolutely fantastic! He worked quickly and efficiently reusing everything he could and only replacing what was necessary. He kept our repair cost to a minimum. Our garage door now functions better and quieter than ever.
