Zach was at my home yesterday evening. My spring broke on my door over the weekend. I went to the Precision website and was very impressed. Zach arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door had numerous problems and we looked at the option of repairing it or buying a new door. After looking at it and having it explained I opted for a new door. I will have my new door next week. He was very helpful in helping me choose a design. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Brett was the technician that came to our home. He called and advised he would be at my home in about 10 minutes. He was there as he said and was very friendly and professional as soon as he got out of his truck. He did an excellent job and explained everything he did so I would understand easily. Brett did an excellent job and I will definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to all my friends. Great service and great customer service!

Awesome Job on a Very hot Sunday early afternoon…. Works like new. George was very professional and completed the overhaul quickly. I have had jack-legs repair this door before and the last one was out in April 2016, his repair lasted 3 months. So with getting the warrantee I hope to not have an issue again. GREAT JOB !!

Tech was 15 min. past due, however, he had just completed a LARGE job in Louisville, and considering the traffic, It's a wonder he made as good a time as he did. After arriving he went right to work and in 20 minutes had a new strut in place, and was processing the bill. Great job Thank You Lester & Barbara Best

I called my regular garage door service company and they were not even open on the weekend. I called your company and they squeezed me in. Brandon was awesome. I only called because my garage door wasn't operating correctly but when he looked at it he informed me that the chain was ready to break. I think it's awesome that he had all the products on hand and replaced my opener and rollers in less than 2 hours.
