Our mom recommended we use your company after she had excellent service from one of your technicians and they are older people. You treated them with such great respect we thought we would give you a shot too. We were not disappointed. John called us before hand to let us know he was in route, we didn’t have to wait the entire day and when he got there he was super nice, he was very friendly -even my pets liked him which is so so rare. Had some very good recommendations to explain to us the entire process, they gave us a breakdown of what the cost were and we went with the very best thing that was offered because we know there’s value in the work that was done and it has a warranty that backs it up and we trust in John. In this day and age, Customer service really is what sells the product but the product itself is so good it almost doesn’t need it but with John it’s a perfect combination. I feel like our product will last for a very long time and I trust in the warranty that we were told about as well. We got the rollers replaced on our very old original house just in case you needed to know

My door spring broke on a Saturday. I had previously used another door company and remembered the name, but couldn't leave an email or text message because there was a problem with their website, so I called and left a message. My son had used Precision so I checked their website. I was able to chat with a representative on Saturday evening and schedule an appointment for Monday at noon! Their technicians were in uniform with a nice Precision van. They did the repair quickly and gave me options. Then with more technology...they were able to take my payment on an iPad and sign on an iPhone. Their technology really gives them the advantage over the competitors!!

Precision was wonderful to work with. Our cars were trapped in our garage & they graciously worked us into their very busy schedule the same day. John was absolutely fantastic! He worked quickly and efficiently reusing everything he could and only replacing what was necessary. He kept our repair cost to a minimum. Our garage door now functions better and quieter than ever. I called after 5pm and had a technician scheduled to come out first thing the following morning. The technician, John, was on time, called me prior to his arrival as I had requested, and offered me three different pricing options regarding the repair of my garage door.
