The technician quoted me $786 to replace 2 springs and to lubricate my garage door. I paid the $65 service charge and sent the technician on his way. Called another service provider who agreed to do the same work for half the price.

Precision will definitely be our go to company for garage door repair. Travis N. was awesome! He did what seemed like a full overhaul on our door and even helped set up the opener in my car after many failed attempts by myself. I called Friday evening and was able to get an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Justin called to let me know he was about 20 minutes away. When he arrived he was very professional and friendly. He assessed the situation and gave me several options, all of which were reasonable in cost. I opted for new doors which will be installed at a later date. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. If all the technicians provide service as great as Justin then you can’t lose.

I found Precision while searching for garage door service companies on google. After talking to service tech David, I decided to purchase a new door rather than just replace trim and weather strip. David was very patient and informative. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was only due to the high price of the door. The process of receiving and installation of the door has not occurred yet so this review is only for the initial contact and discussion of the new door

Our technician, Dave Crowe, was just awesome. Super friendly and personable not to mention highly knowledgeable. He was polite and was able to assess my garage door situation and provide several solutions with 100% honesty in how far he thought each solution would last. After we made the decision he got right to work and had it wrapped up within an hour and our garage door works better than it ever has and is even much quieter. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!
