Service could not have been better. Very nice and knowledgeable technicians. My original problems occurred on a Saturday and Precision was the only door company open. That really saved my day.

I called a company that had serviced my garage door before but they couldn’t come out until Wednesday of the next week. I saw Precision’s ad that said same day service in some circumstances and weekend service at no extra charge. This was on a Friday. I scheduled a service appointment for Saturday morning. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a choice between a repair and a new opener with prices. There was no pressure. I selected the repair at this time.

I used your service before and I was pleased. The technician that arrived at my home today was very knowledgeable in explaining all my issues regarding my garage door. He went over the whys and if not questions I throw at him. En is his name. En was very polite, a good listener and patient with me.

I was having trouble getting my garage door to go all the way down so after reading some reviews, I called Precision out to look at it. A friendly young man showed up, but sadly it quickly became apparent that he had no real intention of fixing my garage door. Not for a reasonable price, anyway. He told me there were so many things wrong with the door that it would take more then 700.00 to fix it, then he proceeded to try to sell me a brand new garage door for more then twice that price. I quickly paid the service change and sent him on his way. A couple of days later my brother came over and made some minor adjustments to the door and the door was going up and down normally again. The bottom line is this, I wouldn’t trust a company that would treat their customers this way. He was trying to sell something without being honest about it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

What amazing service! We were given a 2-hour window for arrival & promised a call when they were about 30 mins away. Both were right on. Rick diagnosed the problem, gave us 3 options for the repairs and got to work quickly. He was very professional and polite and left the work area totally clean. There realize there are back logs in many manufacturing areas. I experienced one in trying to replace my double garage door. The first company contacted postponed the work for nearly 12 weeks. I finally contacted Precision and after a visit from them signed a contract. The new door, rails, spring and gaskets were delivered and installed, as contracted, 10 days later. I could not be happier. My new door is made of the highest quality material. The workmanship is outstanding and I am a happy camper. The installers were courteous, highly qualified and worked hard to install the door in less than 3 hours.

While I appreciated the initial "chat" person as well the person who called me to verify the appointment, the service guy lost you our business. He insulted my intelligence by speaking as i if I knew nothing about the process, was a "salesman" more than a repair guy, and spent quite a bit of time rambling on about many things not associated with garage door repairs. Very unimpressive

I was very pleased with every facet of my service call with Zach who I found to be very courteous and knowledgeable about all facets of garage doors and related issues. I wanted to know if there was anything that could be done to improve the exterior appearance of my current garage door realizing that it would not be a good investment of money. I quickly confirmed that I needed to replace my garage door, and Zach was kind enough to prepare a proposal for my review even though he understood that my timing to install a new garage door would be at some point in the coming year. Zach provided me a very informative experience leaving me very impressed with Precision Overhead Door Service.

Called to get an estimate on getting a motor installed on a brand new garage door. I was told there would be a service fee but wasnt told I would be charged $65 to get an estimate. After the technician was here about 10 minutes, to write an estimate, he asked my wife for $65. I feel like the estimate could have been completed over the phone with an additional three questions. Not sure if we will be using this company or not, but feel like we were taken advantage of.
