This was a maintenance repair (broken spring) to a repair the was done as an emergency back 2008. The experience was great back in 2008 and was not dissapointed calling again to keep the door functional! Kyle was friendly, fast, and extremely professional. It was a great experience.

Kyle showed up promptly, took a thorough look, and quickly spotted a much bigger issue—a broken spring that we hadn’t even noticed. He explained everything clearly, walked us through our options, and got to work right away. Instead of trying to upsell us on a whole new door, Kyle made the necessary repairs efficiently and professionally, saving us a ton of money. The door works better now than it has in years! It’s rare these days to find someone who’s both skilled and honest, and Kyle is exactly that. We’d recommend him to anyone needing garage door work—five stars without hesitation.

First of all, I was very disappointed that nothing could be down about reprogramming the remotes to my garage door after someone stole it from my car. The technician who came by said the only way would be to replace the system for 2 garage openers in the amount of $1100.00 plus. I was charged an $89.00 fee and there was nothing the technician could do. Why didn’t the person from Precision call center tell me without changing the whole system, there was nothing they could do. The technician was courteous and prompt. He didn’t do anything but recommend replacing the units. I called another garage company and was told they could delete the history and reprogram my remotes for about $150. I sorry, but I feel ripped off by Precision and could NEVER recommend them. I had to give 1 star rating in order to submit this review, otherwise they wouldn’t have gotten that.
