I was able to set up an appointment quickly with out pushing this number and that number, I was to talk to a real person. The appointment had a wide range of times to choose from. The estimate technician called and showed up in a timely fashion. I have an odd shaped garage doors that are not standard. He gave me more than one estimate so that I can make my decision. I only wish he had small metal samples to keep or sign for to assist me with my color decision with my husband. HE was very good at explaining my options. I would recommend him to others.

First we had Jeff out to reset our door that came off track and the cables came undone. Very professional. He explained to us what was making it come off track. We had a door that was damaged beyond repair. Jeff came back out and sold us a better door and will be doing the install. Great Company! Just wish they would have had the door in stock so we didnt have to wait 2-3 weeks.

I am not easily impressed when it comes to service and I don't complete many reviews or inflate them. I was very pleased with the service by Precision and Brandon, the technician who performed my service. I called for a same day appointment and had a technician at my door within three hours. Brandon did a great job and completed work quickly. I am extremely satisfied with the results and will be calling Precision for any future garage door service requirements. I highly recommend them!
