We had a torsion spring break on the Friday before New Year. I called their 24 hour number and was immediately connected with a very helpful young lady who set up my appointment for the following day. Not only did the technician arrive early he then proceeded to repair my door very quickly and efficiently. The best part is the bill was very reasonable for a Saturday repair on a holiday weekend. Great service all around.

Our garage door made strange sounds when in use. Bill Schultheis came to our rescue. Installed springs, rollers, and cable things. Our garage door is now quiet. Bill is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and will answer all questions in a friendly manner. He is very good at explaining how a garage door should work and the garage door components.

I was very satisfied. It was comforting to know who would be coming (in company truck), what he would look like & his name. Brent called when he was on the way. When he arrived he checked everything out and explained the problems & my options. He was very profession, while being nice & friendly at same time. He was able to answer any questions I had. He replaced the motor, springs & put new seal across the bottom. I like my door much better now it is nice & quiet with the new belt. I'm sure others have done this too... but maybe I wasn't so awake one morning and reversed before the garage door was completely up? oh my... I called many garage door companies as I'm newer to the area and was not sure whom to call. Precision was the only one that could get out to our house on the same day. I was so relieved because the door wouldn't shut after I hit it and I was concerned about that. They gave us a time frame and were there on time.. not at the end of the time frame, but closer to the beginning! The service guys were wonderful and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left. Great job. Great service. Great pricing.

Was completely satisfied with installation and product. I wasn't certain since we had a brochure showing any repairs over $100.00, that the service call would be free. Would appreciate if you would look into this, we were given the senior citizen discount.

I've had issues with my garage door for a couple of weeks, and the door would not open at all this weekend. I called Precision around 9:30 a.m., and Brent was here by 11:30! He installed a new opener and fixed my door in about 2 hours - very professional, explained all prices ahead of time, and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision!
