We had to go to some lengths to contact Precision Door Garage Service because we had misplaced our 2012 Invoice. Having been pleased with that service we wanted this company to help us again. Our technician, Chance, came on time and immediately diagnosed our problem. He also recommended replacing our door "rollers" as a means of solving one of our concerns. He tolerated my watching him go about his work and that did not reduce his efficiency or courtesy. We will definitely call on this company again if we have difficulty. We strongly recommend Chance and were pleased to know that we can call on him if he is available in the future when we need help.

FIVE STARS! My HIGHEST recommendation goes to Precision and their professional service technician Brent! He contacted me early, arrived and gave me a range of options for my door. I could replace the spring and it would be fine, or I could choose to upgrade a few pieces of the system for a reasonable price with a warranty. I now have a door that works great with a warranty for a terrific price! Understand sales, it's refreshing to have an honest person explain your options without any pressure.

We are very happy with the service we received from Precision. Zach did a great job installing our new garage door opener. Zach was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and the different features that impact their performance. After learning more about the mechanics of a garage door, we asked Zach to replace our old rollers. He did not pressure us into purchasing items we did not need. Zach was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend Precision garage door service and Zach to anyone who needs assistance with garage door issues.

I was very pleased with the service we received from Zack H. We had an emergency of sorts in that our door opener broke on a very, very hot Sunday. Zack came out and replaced the broken spring and upgraded some key parts, and let us know that we did not need a new opener. He was prompt and professional and we are very pleased with Precision.

I was VERY impressed with Precision Garage Door Service of Louisville! I had a major issue (broken garage door spring along with some other minor issues) and was in need of service and repair quickly. I found Precision on the internet and called them. I was told that someone would be out to my house within a two hour window. My repairman Brett called me and told me he was 15 minutes out and ewould be at my house at 6:00 (i was told between six and eight), and he was. Brett looked over my problem and told me he could fix it and had the parts in his truck. He was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Precision, and Brett, to anyone.

We had our garage doors (and openers) installed by Precision. On the rare occasions when we required service, they were at our home within the hour. Their service techs are knowledgeable, proficient, and personable. Their work is always top notch. We needed to replace door seals damaged by last winter's ice storm - the work was done quickly, and well. The tech even swapped out an opener light bulb that burned out during testing! Can't recommend them highly enough.
