Thank you very much to John and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We had a broken wire to the electronic eye at the bottom of the garage door. It was a simple fix. And John completed the task quickly, efficiently and courteously. However, we had been living without the ability to use our car's clickers to open the garage door for several weeks because we thought it would be a hassle to get it fixed. Not true. We called after 12PM. We got an appointment at 4PM. It was fixed by 4:15PM. Now, we are good to go. Thank you.

I had problem with my garage door for some time, as it had become too noisy to the point that it was embarrassing. I contact a garage door service company on line who just checked it briefly and sprayed the frame of the door etc. That did not really work and I still had problem. I am so glad that I called your company and lucky to get En Womack. He came over on January 21st, 2020, was very detailed oriented, knowledgeable, polite and caring and knew what he was doing. He fixed my problem and I haven't had noisy garage door since. Thank you En.

5 STARS...This was the second time I have called Precision and they exceeded my expectations again! Our 14 year old garage door opener was acting erratically and would not always open or close the garage door. The new opener came with a keypad (that we didn't have before) and it has been great. The service technician was knowledgeable and efficient. I'll certainly keep Precision at the top of my vendor list.

We had to go to some lengths to contact Precision Door Garage Service because we had misplaced our 2012 Invoice. Having been pleased with that service we wanted this company to help us again. Our technician, Chance, came on time and immediately diagnosed our problem. He also recommended replacing our door "rollers" as a means of solving one of our concerns. He tolerated my watching him go about his work and that did not reduce his efficiency or courtesy. We will definitely call on this company again if we have difficulty. We strongly recommend Chance and were pleased to know that we can call on him if he is available in the future when we need help.

FIVE STARS! My HIGHEST recommendation goes to Precision and their professional service technician Brent! He contacted me early, arrived and gave me a range of options for my door. I could replace the spring and it would be fine, or I could choose to upgrade a few pieces of the system for a reasonable price with a warranty. I now have a door that works great with a warranty for a terrific price! Understand sales, it's refreshing to have an honest person explain your options without any pressure.
