Installation went fine BUT I gave very explicit instructions for payment and it was ignored. This was a fathers day gift and I confirmed with the installer that he was to call me for payment, he did not and accepted a check from my father..I was your customer not my dad!! I offered my credit card info in advance twice and was told no..the difference in the estimate and the final bill was 130.00, he called me to get that approved.I have No.issue with the amount of the final bill

He pointed out areas of concern especially the main bearings on the shaft holding the heavy springs for my 20+ year-old garage door system. The tech came out today early and replaced the two screws that evidently weren’t put in correctly when was installed,one 1 inch and one 3 inch. He also added the correct amount of screws to the door. Was put in with one one screw, hopefully we won’t have anymore trouble. We were started to question why we used precision. Hopefully is installed finally correctly. Jeff was very good.

Called Precision and they were able to get a technician out the same day to fix my garage door that was not working. Very professional in handling the situation and letting me know before they did the work what they were doing and what it was going to cost. When I called to schedule the appointment. First of all, tha guy was very rude and second, I was not told about the $65.00 for just coming out to give me an estimate I will not call Precicision again.

I started my research on the installers in Louisville with the best reputation and came up with Precision. Shortly after entering our information on their web site, a representative from Precision called and set up a preliminary appointment. At the appointed time, a Precision technician, Jeff Gott arrived and quickly assessed our situation. (We wanted to replace two, old and noisy chain-drive openers.) He recommended and discussed the PDS800 as our best option, to which I agreed. He was able to give me a quote on the spot and even could have done the installation right then (but we were't quite ready). Jeff himself returned three days later. He was quick (it took about 2.5 hours for the whole job), efficient and cleaned up after himself. When he was finished he walked me through the use of the openers, helped me program the wireless key pad on the outside of the door, and even programmed the Home Connection in my automobile. Very professional. So far we are delighted with our very quiet new garage door openers!
