All Good!! Technician Collin was awesome and was willing to listen to my objectives in changing the tracks and opening height on my opener. Somewhat tedious and labor intensive, my job was done probably quicker than I expected. Was needing more overhead clearance for a hi-lift, and was able to get more clearance than I even expected. My old garage door opener developed a short in one of the light sockets. Since I had your company install a new insulated door a couple of years ago and I got such good service then, I didn't bother to contact any other company. I did a search on your website, found the opener I wanted and called for installation. The two gentlemen that answered my call were very professional, did their work with the same attitude, and explained every aspect of my new doors operation. They even re-flashed the built in door opener in my wife's car. So a big 5 for them and the company too.

I was disappointed and let down. On July 19, 2018 paid half down on garage door was scheduled to pay in full balance on July 24 day of scheduled installation. Fast forward, with a total of 3 Different visits out to home and cancellations. They finally completed the installation job today August 2. I was originally told and quoted it would only take 4 hours to do.

Fast, friendly, and fastidious service; Our garage door torsion spring had broken after 13 years of use. We called Precision on Sunday at 6pm, and everything was fixed and in working order by 2:30PM the next day. Travis was OUTSTANDING! Very personable, and you could tell he was very focused on doing things the right way. We felt the repair pricing was very affordable, so in addition we opted to do garage door "over-hall" as well (replacement of cables, bearings, door wheels, etc.). So glad that I selected Precision after an on-line web search, and I would not hesitate to call again!

Your ad in the yellow pages was clear and professional. I appreciated being able to call in the evening and getting service the following morning, as I was, for a time "locked in" with my only car in the garage, a power outage. and the release cord failing to release! Your technician was very knowledgeable and quickly earned my trust! When he told me that my present system was no longer even approved for service updates, I had no doubt of the truth of that statement. I was not at all reluctant to get a new garage door opener and very pleased that it could be installed immediately! He told me that if I had the button in my SUV to open the garage door, he could install it - and when I bought the car, I had been told by the salesman that my car has it, but that setting it up was "complicated," and he didn't even want to try. Today it was set up in about 30 seconds and works very well. So - I am very pleased with my purchase and happy with the service you company provided.

We did a little homework on the many companies in Louisville that provide installation of a new garage door opener. We finally decided on Precision. We called them in the morning and an appointment was scheduled for the afternoon between 4-6PM, on one of the hottest days so far in Louisville. The technician was Brent Halibur and no one could have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, polite gentleman. We believe that he could have installed the garage door opener in his sleep. Not once did he complain about the heat. He was efficient and particular in making sure everything was exactly right. When the installation was complete, he gave us all the instructions and made sure we knew how to operate the garage pad, the outdoor pad, and the remotes. He also left our garage clean as a whistle....no left over parts, screws, etc. It does not get better than this.

Everything went fine with the repair. The guy was very informative about how the garage door works. Disappointed that he didn't have the rubber strip that needed to be replaced. So, you all will call me and set up another date to fix one of the rubber strip. I did pay for it in advance. Just hope I remember to call you back if you forget to follow up with me. The repair guy was a very nice man.
