Our garage door went off it's track and the guide rails became bent. We called Precision first thing the next morning and they were at our house within an hour. They repaired everything and replaced some parts. The technician was courteous, honest and efficient. What more can you ask for. I'd call them again if any other problems occur.

David was very knowledgeable and an exceptional person to speak with I am very happy he came on site. He was able to explain what happened and what caused the door to bend. Unfortunately David didn't have the materials to complete the work today but he worked with his manager to get the door as quick as possible. Please let him know that we appreciated his customer service.

I discovered that my VERY old garage door on my VERY old garage would not open completely, making it impossible to get my car out. A quick internet search brought me to Precision. I read positive reviews, and best of all....SAME DAY SERVICE! The very professional and knowledgeable technician solved the problem, helped me get my car out of the garage, and charged me a very reasonable amount for the service call. Thank you so much. David was thorough, knowledgeable, courteous & pleasan, even in the cold weather. He installed the new opener & keypad in record time, then clearly explained how to use the latter. He's an asset to the company; we've had others from Precision to repair our system, but he's the best yet.

The technician was well mannered and took the time to explain the repair process and costing. Having replaced the springs some years ago the repair was actully close to the cost of doing it myself.... without the risk of injury. A++ job well done!

Our garage door broke and we needed to get it repaired ASAP. Called late in the evening and was told that someone could be at our house first thing the next morning. Received a call that the technician was on his way. Josh arrived promptly on time and was very professional. Examined the issue with our door and explained the problem. Within minutes he provided a quote for repairs and once I approved, he went to work getting the door repaired. The work was done professionally and our door works much better than it did before he arrived. My thanks to Josh and Precision for the prompt service and professionalism.
