Our garage door broke and we needed to get it repaired ASAP. Called late in the evening and was told that someone could be at our house first thing the next morning. Received a call that the technician was on his way. Josh arrived promptly on time and was very professional. Examined the issue with our door and explained the problem. Within minutes he provided a quote for repairs and once I approved, he went to work getting the door repaired. The work was done professionally and our door works much better than it did before he arrived. My thanks to Josh and Precision for the prompt service and professionalism.

Chance is very nice and eventually performed a check of my opener. However, I didn’t appreciate his immediate sales pitch to replace my opener before testing or inspection.

Very responsive and I liked the guy that came out. However there was no service performed. I am not sure why I should pay for a service call in which when he came in to service my garage; I was told immediately that my situation could not be fixed by Precision. He recommended and show me new garage doors. This is why the three rating. I would be more satisfied if I was told the $65 that I paid for the service call would be credited toward a new door; if I chose to purchase door from Precision.
