Chance is very nice and eventually performed a check of my opener. However, I didn’t appreciate his immediate sales pitch to replace my opener before testing or inspection.

Very responsive and I liked the guy that came out. However there was no service performed. I am not sure why I should pay for a service call in which when he came in to service my garage; I was told immediately that my situation could not be fixed by Precision. He recommended and show me new garage doors. This is why the three rating. I would be more satisfied if I was told the $65 that I paid for the service call would be credited toward a new door; if I chose to purchase door from Precision.

My new garage door is the talk of the town. See it at 1216 Abbeywood Rd. St. Mathews, Louisville 40222. Josh designed it, and Kevin installed it. Metal and glass! Black and white! Better than I imagined. Puts my 1968 brick ranch in the 21st century. Fabulous!!!

Installation went fine BUT I gave very explicit instructions for payment and it was ignored. This was a fathers day gift and I confirmed with the installer that he was to call me for payment, he did not and accepted a check from my father..I was your customer not my dad!! I offered my credit card info in advance twice and was told no..the difference in the estimate and the final bill was 130.00, he called me to get that approved.I have No.issue with the amount of the final bill

Your technician George did a fantastic job, quickly and efficiently while being very polite. He pointed out areas of concern especially the main bearings on the shaft holding the heavy springs for my 20+ year-old garage door system. The tech came out today early and replaced the two screws that evidently weren’t put in correctly when was installed,one 1 inch and one 3 inch. He also added the correct amount of screws to the door. Was put in with one one screw, hopefully we won’t have anymore trouble. We were started to question why we used precision. Hopefully is installed finally correctly. Jeff was very good.

Called Precision and they were able to get a technician out the same day to fix my garage door that was not working. Very professional in handling the situation and letting me know before they did the work what they were doing and what it was going to cost.
