No repair preformed.A few squirts of WD40 and fooled with some wires. It seemed his goal was to sell me a new opener and anything else he could add on.I have been in business 40+ years and see this a lot.He seems like a nice person and always addressed me as Sir.This run should have taken 15 minutes they were there more than a hour.Your man is a heavy smoker and smoked on the job. in the garage,in the driveway and in his truck where it seemed he spent most of his time.
Mr Dreher, We are sorry that we could not duplicate the problem you were having after our thorough 25 point safety inspection, and therefore did not recommend any repairs. We did note that your opener was significantly older than typical lifespan, and did offer/ recommend replacement. We did perform a free lubrication with our own proprietary lube at no charge as a courtesy. We thank you for bringing our technicians' smoking on the job to our attention. Our policy is that our employees only smoke in their vehicles, if at all. He has been counseled.

I was backing out of the garage and instead of hitting a "light" I hit the car garage door button. The garage door hit part of the car, bounced back up but would no longer work. On a recommendation from a neighbor I called Precision. Josh came out in less then 2 hours and repaired the track to the door. I did not expect such prompt service on Friday afternoon. Between the prompt service and Josh's professional and kind demeanor, I recommend Precision.

I had used Precision Door in the past and was very pleased then. Precision Door was my one and only call. Their representatives, John, came out the same day I called and was very informative and helped me with my decision without being "pushy" or talking down to me. I really appreciated his help/concern. The technician that installed my door was prompt and did an excellent job. He also was very genuine and I appreciate that. Thanks Guys!

Why I went with Precision, after contacting 3 - 4 service related companies (Overhead Door Repair Companies) I was struck with the professionalism demonstrated by Precision over the phone and the very professional website presentation online. The technician (David) was very knowable of his job, and product awareness, very quick to write up his recommendations with a "no pressure approach solution" to correcting the my garage issue. A 5 STAR RATING!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely one of the BEST companies I have ever worked with. Sarah was prompt and efficient in the evaluation of my situation. Josh was expert at making the repairs. In addition to their attitudes and professionalism, the price was FAR BETTER than any one else. I will tell all my friends to call Precision for their garage door problems or if they need a new door. I can not give these people any thing but a perfect score.

Today your service technician came out to readjust my garage door to take care of a gap between the door & the door opening which took care of the issue of a gap that I felt was extra large, the reason I have not given a 5 star rating is due to the vinal/rubber strip on the outside of the door doesn't fit tightly against the door leaving a slight gap that still allows some light to be shown when the door is closed. Overall I are very satisfied with my Door that was installed in 2019 since I had a similar Overhead door installed in a home I had built in New Mexico in 2006
