I purchased a new garage door and opener from Blake Angel. Blake was very professional, polite and understood what I wanted done. Blake is what sold me on Precision Door. He knew what my issues were and was able to give me the best solution to resolve the problem. Collin Largen was the installer on the door and was exceptional. I challenged these gentlemen with removing my old 2x6 facing boards, replacing them with 1x6s, trim the drywall, install a new door and opener. Other places I had called wouldn't touch the job. These two took it on, did an outstanding job, and had it done in less than 5 hours. I have built homes, and installed several doors but have health issues which kept me from doing it myself. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues and made an 'ol carpenter' happy and that is no easy task. So if you're in doubt call these two gentlemen for you doors and installs.

First of all, my appt was on a Sunday which worked perfectly for me. I received a call from John and he asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. It was even better. I am a happy and satisfied customer. John was very knowledgeable, friendly, personable and professional. I’m very pleased my garage door is fixed on same day. I was very impressed with the gentlemen that came for my estimate to fix my garage. I am so mad at myself because i can't remember either name right now. All Good!! Technician Collin was awesome and was willing to listen to my objectives in changing the tracks and opening height on my opener. Somewhat tedious and labor intensive, my job was done probably quicker than I expected. Was needing more overhead clearance for a hi-lift, and was able to get more clearance than I even expected. My old garage door opener developed a short in one of the light sockets. Since I had your company install a new insulated door a couple of years ago and I got such good service then, I didn't bother to contact any other company. I did a search on your website, found the opener I wanted and called for installation. The two gentlemen that answered my call were very professional, did their work with the same attitude, and explained every aspect of my new doors operation. They even re-flashed the built in door opener in my wife's car. So a big 5 for them and the company too.

I was disappointed and let down. On July 19, 2018 paid half down on garage door was scheduled to pay in full balance on July 24 day of scheduled installation. Fast forward, with a total of 3 Different visits out to home and cancellations. They finally completed the installation job today August 2. I was originally told and quoted it would only take 4 hours to do.

Precision is great. Josh showed up on time. He called before he came. He did the job quickly and nicely. It cost exactly what they quoted. We have used they for many years now and always like their service. We had the bottom seal replaced with a much better one.
