I rarely write reviews, but after positive experience with Precision-they deserve some positive feedback. After shopping online and comparing companies, I decided to go with Precision. I had a broken spring replaced and decided to have new rollers, cables, and bearings installed. My garage door is super quiet now. Brent Halibur arrived on time and was a professional in every way. I wish more repairmen had his work ethic. Hopefully I won't need my garage door repaired anytime soon, but If I do I'll definitely call Precision again.

Technician came early, which was great. Told me that I needed to replace the 4 door panels, gave me a quote, scheduled me an appointment for the replacement, and explained to me why I had to replace them and what parts would be kept. Very nice and helpful.
