Jeff Goff Outstanding ,Mr. Goff explained what needed to be considered in replacing my garage door parts, Mr. Goff was very friendly and courteous,very professional. I would recommend this company over any other repair company located in Oldham County based on my observation of Mr. Goff while he performed the repairs, if I need any repair work in the future I will be calling these guys.

They arrived within the hour of us calling. The problem with door was a quick fix, no parts needed. Very fast, helpful, and honest, service tech very easily couldve tried to push a new part on us but showed us problem and suggested ways to work with it. We are very pleased with our new garage door and equally happy with the belt drive opener. The belt drive is very quiet and smooth operating. Our installer,Collin worked quickly and I was amazed that he alone did the entire installation by himself. I highly recommend Percision for quality products and outstanding service.

My technician was Brent. I had both my garage opening mechanisms replaced, including sensors and keypads. Precision was there the same day, and it only took Brent 1.5 hours to do it all. Afterward he showed my how to set my keypads. Very satisfied with the service!

Just had the garage door repaired and parts replaced. Brent was absolutely professional, so nice to work with, and is a good representative of your company. Ask us in a month or two for a review and we'll tell you and future customers how well everything is working. We chose to replace many of the moving parts rather than put in a new door as well. If everything works as flawlessly as it did today, we'll definitely call Precision, Brent, for door replacement. We replaced springs, motor, opener, etc.

Your technician, Zach called me promptly 20 minutes before his scheduled time and arrived 5 min early. He came in and showed me the components and which ones were either good or more importantly the ones that were completely destroyed and also the ones that to be replaced as preventative maintenance. Zach was very knowledgeable, proficient and clean(he cleaned up after his self. He explained everything well and had our door repaired, working better than ever, cleaned up and the job was completely. Garage door cables were broken. They were one of the only places that could come after 5 pm on a weekday without a huge advanced notice. I was very happy with the speed they got things fixed. The technician (Zach Hornback) was very professional and friendly. He even helped me reset my outside keypad.

Was able to schedule an estimate quickly within my limited timeframe. Communication was spot on. Tommy was the technician. I called at 10:30 and he arrived at 4PM that same day. Very prompt in service and response. He analysed the situation very well and offered a repair vs. a new system, saving us $900. The repair was done within one hour. It works perfect and looks fine. We can easily give 5-stars. Easy to recommend Precision! They are what customer service is all about.
