I racked my door by getting the edge of my garbage can stuck under it when closing it. Thomas was polite, masked, and thorough. He did try an upsell for our motor, but only because it's almost 30 years old and a newer one may have sensed the pressure and stopped trying to close and cause the racking. He was in and out in under an hour. Fixing the racking, performing some maintenance, and talking me into an upgrade on the rollers. I'm glad I opted for the extras as my door is smoother and quieter than it's been since we moved here 5 years ago. I hope I never need your services again, but I'll gladly recommend you to anyone else who may.

I was very pleased with the service I was provided for my garage door ,The technician Jason that came to the service was very friendly prompt and efficient, the only thing I think is that the price was a little bit high, I have used your company many many times over the years and I Don’t call anyone else because of the good service and knowledgeable technicians, but I think the price was just a little bit on the high side but other than that it was perfect. I had used Precision before with good results so I didn't hesitate calling them again. There sent someone out right away to repair my door. The repair person was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing. If I ever have problems again I will call Precision and ask for same teck. He did a great job.

Travis fixed our garage door operation with repair of one wire. The wire had been broken by a raccoon which accidentically got locked inside when I closed the door without knowing the raccoon had come inside when the garage was left open at sunset. We still need some new parts to be replaced tomorrow.

Was not happy with the repair to my door. The spring was not loaded properly to balance the door saying I nee a new spring and repairs totaling 892.00. That is unacceptable.

I choose Precision because Cunningham Door said there was nothing they could do to repair the rubber seal at the bottom of my garage door.. The broken rubber seal allowed very cold air drafts into my garage.. I brought the house in 1994 and the garage door was installed by Cunningham.. Through the years I had Cunningham replace (once) the electric motor and on 2 or 3 other times to make adjustments--but they repeatedly told me they did not have the rubber seals at the bottom of their own garage door I brought from them in 1994--so I called Precision.. Josh was very professional and very nice and within an hour of his arrival the rubber seal was replaced.. I plan on calling Precision Door in the future for any garage door problem.. It was obvious that Cunningham Door wanted me to buy an entire new garage door.. Thank you, Precision Door for your quick very professional response!

These new doors and openers are the quietest ones ever! Even when I'm in the room above the garage (have a split-level house) I can barely hear the doors go up or down. Also the rooms above the garage feel a bit warmer too since the old doors weren't as well insulated. Thanks for a great product and service.

Told me the price of a new chain driven or belt driven garage door opener and when I decided on the belt driven garage door opener he installed it. Installer did a great job; very professional. Our garage floor surface is uneven so required additional seal work (NOT the fault of the installer). The seal work was performed the next morning. Quality of door, motor, hardware and installation was excellent!
