Mike was the technician ans he patiently explained the problem - broken spring - and the options for repair and replacement of the 50 year old door. He offered his opinion after I requested it. I was completely comfortable with the outcome. Mike was polite and respectful; not the least bit condescending to a woman customer.

After an initial attempt to talk about purchasing upgrades and warranties was met with a firm response, Jacob went straight to work and wasted not one minute until he had installed the new garage door and the new garage door opener. He is very young but was knowledgeable of what he was doing. All of the paperwork was in order and he demonstrated how everything operates. He cleaned up everything before he left. Jacob appears to be a good installer; we will know soon if the door and opener work properly after a few tries. I was impressed with his work ethic. He did not waste time talking on the phone or stand around smoking. Nice!

Brian was great - explained all of the repairs I needed and finished them quickly, but still have confidence that all was done correctly. Had a broken spring, but Brian also checked and replaced other things to keep me from having to call them again in a few weeks. Our torsion spring broke Friday evening with both of our cars in the garage and the door down. The first co.we called said that they did'nt replace springs over the weekend. I saw your ad in the yellow pages,called and you came out,replaced the springs, and were done by 10:30. Jacob was very polite,helpful and efficient.

Called a competitive company first to come out and repair broken garage door. I was told that they may or may not get to it today due to being slammmed for the Holidays??? I didn't see the relevance? Since I need to use car, etc., I found Precision on the web. Called and Marie answered and said no problem, they can have Brent come out within two hours. Sure enough, Brent arrived , repaired the door and everything is great. Great SERVICE!! Glen

Brian showed up 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. In today's business world, this happens less frequently than it should. He took the time to not only fix what was asked for, but performed a inspection of both garage doors and explain why I was have an issue on my single car garage door. He was able to fix this issue in another 10 minutes and made me feel comfortable that the problem has been taken care of. I will use Precision again, if I have any other overhead door problems.
