The repairman, Tommy Gatlin, was very courteous. I was given the appointment time of 1:00 - 3:00. He called first to let me know he was on the way and showed up between the allotted times. Luckily the problem with my opener was easily fixed with a minor adjustment. If in the future I need any garage door repairs, I will certainly use Precision.

Brent did an excellent job repairing the broken spring on the garage door. He explained what he needed to do to take care of the issue. After he repaired the broken spring and the door opener, he made sure everything worked properly and cleaned up the area. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone and will use their service again if I need to.
