I called Precision over another company because I had a service coupon, the spring broke and we could not use the door. What I found when I called was a polite and helpful receptionist who helped me easily schedule an appointment. When the technician came to the house (on time) I was pleased with the professionalism, options and follow-through on the work. Brent was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Brent did an excellent job repairing the broken spring on the garage door. He explained what he needed to do to take care of the issue. After he repaired the broken spring and the door opener, he made sure everything worked properly and cleaned up the area. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone and will use their service again if I need to.

Brent was prompt and professional, and had my repairs done within 45 after arrival. My door works better now than it did before the spring broke. After a quick analysis, Brent suggested an overhaul due to the condition of other parts on the door. I did spend more than originally planned, however, more repairs were necessary, and the quality speaks for itself. A pain free process!
